Stay away from this company. The will rip you off anyway they can. They will rent you broken equipment and over charge you

First I will start off and say I did not look at Yelp for store hours - but I had done business before there - but as we pulled up to the business a group of people came out - thinking it was the maintenance people calling it a day, nope it was everybody - they continued to walk by our vehicle and not say anything to us. They went to their vehicles and got in and started to close they gates (I had already gotten out of the vehicle and then saw the adjusted hours) (i have NO PROBLEMS with the adjusted hours). Scheduling means NOTHING!. I called weeks ahead, scheduled my trailer for service, told it would take a few hours. 7 hours later I call to check on it and a:told, "well, we'll give you a call when it's done" I tell them I scheduled it and you said a few hours.."well other things come up, maybe a customer comes in an need a repair of a but we'll let you know when it's done". No customer service in the parts store. Walked around for 5 minutes or so looking for a part. Never even acknowledged that I walked in the door. Asked a question and it seemed like too much of an inconvenience to get help. read more
