She always runs late for appointments (seriously, usually an hour or so). But she is well-worth the wait. She runs late for appointments because she actually spends time listening to you and talking with you. She never rushes you and will spend an hour with you if needed. She will never make you feel rushed. She is proactive on treatment of anything and also a registered nutritionist. She will never say "well, let's see if your leg falls off first before we do something". She knows your history, will take action when needed, and also give you a reality check even if uncomfortable. I am seriously dreading the day when I move away from Pittsburgh and have to find another PCP, because none have ever or will ever be as great as Dr. March. Definitely choose her and don't stress about the wait.

I needed to have a form filled out for nursing school, and after a month of five visits, they filled out only half of the form. The front desk scheduled my first appointment for a day when I could not have a test done. The doctor and physician's assistant did not seem to closely read my form, and I had to keep reminding them of what needed to be filled out. I ended up going out of network and paying out of my own pocket to get the remaining tests completed. I will not return to this doctor again.

This also is the first UPMC practice that I visited where I felt like I was a valued patient--the appointment was on-time, the staff was polite and attentive, and the facilities were very clean. The nurses were very kind and made sure to get complete information. I liked them a lot. One of the nurses--Marianne--immediately noticed that I needed a vaccination booster. Apparently, I'd needed it for years and no other medical professional has noticed this. Kudos. Dr. Reasbeck is a gem. Very thorough and funny and professional. He thoughtfully answered my questions and I didn't feel rushed. They really don't make 'em like this anymore. Come a bit early for your appointment. Since this is in the Heinz building, you have to sign in with security and get a visitor's badge to swipe through to the elevators. It only took a couple minutes, but I went after "rush hour." I imagine there would be a longer line if you had an early or late appointment.

My first visit was unfulfilling, second, unfulfilling. The physician I saw could have cared less about anything I talked to her about. The third year I came here for my yearly physical, I decided to go to another physician and give this place the benefit of the doubt. Somehow, this appointment went worse than the first two. The doctor actually took a phone call while she was seeing me for my appointment. And here, I thought I had seen it all. I would never, ever recommend that anyone come here. There is no parking, the staff is extremely pompous and rude, and the follow up to your appointment is completely nonexistent.

True Story. he did save his life back than but 2 years later 6 days prior to 100 he left for Heaven. I have been seeing him for almost 40 years, nobody is better. Did he have past relations with a younger female and get into trouble, I don't know and don't care, who am I to Judge. Who does not have a past or have secrets that nobody knows... majority of people. Was it not Jesus that said he who has not sinned, let him throw the first stone. He is also each of my parents PCP. It is very difficult to get my father to his office for appointments. Dr. Singh's solution? I know this fact because I had some complications from a skiing injury that had me seeing multiple doctors for months. Of course, the downside of his care and competence is that if you need to get an appointment, sometimes you may have to wait a week or so. Also, if you can't get an appointment with Dr. Jarvis directly, they have two great alternatives: a CNP named Julie and a PA named Dimas. I absolutely LOVE both of them too! If you aren't aware CNPs and PAs can both diagnose and prescribe so if you have something that needs immediate attention, you can usually get an appointment the next day. Plus, if they ever need a second opinion, Dr. Jarvis--or one of his partners--are available in the office to assist Julie and Dimas too. It's like you get a whole medical team!!! I love them all!
