Said they were going to order replacement parts and several months later still never heard from them. In addition it rained the other day went to use my windshield washer took the car to Arcadia Chevrolet and they discovered that Desoto glass was in a super hurry cause they left the washer disconnected. Costing me a service appointment. I know there is not much of a choice in Arcadia but take your time and go someplace else. Its not worth it to let Desoto Glass do it.

He did a real bad job on my front windshield. I called him and told him the next day. His respond back to me was, I am too busy I see you next month June 5th, I told him OK, but thank God I used my AMEX to pay this guy. I put a dispute on that transaction. Anyway I gave him the benefit of a doubt and got here today the 5th of June 2021 at 9 am to the same parking space where I seen him the last time and he is not here. I am calling him and he is not answering. I got the rest of my tints done at a shop that I go all the time Ultimate Tints in Michigan they are the BEST, but they did not have time to do my front windshield so I try this guy since I seen a few 5 stars in which I believe they were done by him. This guys is a thief and a con artist for sure. If I can give him a 0 stars I would but the system is making me give him 1 at lease but he does not deserved not even one. Then he brags about how great and expensive he is. This guy is a total joke. I just seen this jokers respond to my post. Now he is not a joker he is a big clown with the respond he gave. What happen today? You did not show to fix what you did wrong? I was there and you were not. Why did you schedule me a month later, to not show? But you think people are dumb with all the words you place on the warranty. If this was install wrong and had a bunch of defects done or created by you. The warranty does not cover. You can have the best blower and equipment but my friend if you install the way you do, please save the words or pawn all that equipment you have. Do you think that a person or a business person is booked like you said or state in one day and someone comes 3 hours late will be service. Hell NO!! When I got there to the parking shop you were counting the oil spots from the paver of the parking. It was a ghost town. I was there probably two hours getting just the front windshield done and I did not see one person waiting for me. BTW I left you, some plastic tool that you left inside my car and a rag in the parking space this morning. So you will not accused me of anything since I am Hispanic lol. Bozo!
