Once again, going over all the options available to us we chose the ceramic tint and it looks great. More importantly it is doing a very important job of keeping UV light off our vehicles. I chose Tint Express because I was promised a lifetime warranty on my window tint. Unfortunately,…read morewhen I actually needed to use that warranty, it turned into months of frustration. I first contacted Tint Express in May 2026 to have failing tint replaced under the lifetime warranty. They initially told me they would help, but what followed was months of delays, unanswered calls, and poor communication that dragged on until August. After repeatedly having to chase them for updates, I was eventually told the manufacturer no longer makes the film. Then I was instructed to contact the manufacturer myself. When I did, the manufacturer referred me right back to Tint Express, leaving me stuck in the middle with no resolution. Meanwhile, my calls to Tint Express were ignored, and weeks would go by without any response. A lifetime warranty should provide peace of mind, not require customers to fight for months just to get someone to honor it. If the original film is no longer available, that should not become the customer's burden. I expected Tint Express to stand behind its work by offering a comparable replacement or another reasonable solution. Instead, here I am months later with no resolution. I will never use Tint Express again, and unless this matter is resolved, I will have no choice but to consider pursuing a breach of warranty claim in small claims court and file a claim with the BBB. I hope no other customer has to go through the same experience I did.

His respond back to me was, I am too busy I see you next month June 5th, I told him OK, but thank God I used my AMEX to pay this guy. I put a dispute on that transaction. Anyway I gave him the benefit of a doubt and got here today the 5th of June 2021 at 9 am to the same parking space where I seen him the last time and he is not here. I am calling him and he is not answering. I got the rest of my tints done at a shop that I go all the time Ultimate Tints in Michigan they are the BEST, but they did not have time to do my front windshield so I try this guy since I seen a few 5 stars in which I believe they were done by him. This guys is a thief and a con artist for sure. If I can give him a 0 stars I would but the system is making me give him 1 at lease but he does not deserved not even one. Then he brags about how great and expensive he is. This guy is a total joke. I just seen this jokers respond to my post. Now he is not a joker he is a big clown with the respond he gave.
