I don't know how I let them clean several several times thinking it would be better, I do not recommend. They do a half dust job a half mop that just leaves residue in the places that they do mop they smear your windows not actually clean them, rooms that were supposed to be dusted Have caked on dust on the lights on top of the pictures, etc., and I literally clean the house before they get here thinking they can do the stuff that I don't wanna do like these things. The cabinets will be half wiped down. Tables may be wiped down on the top but food on the side not wiped off, they're supposed to clean the bathroom, but there's a pee streak on the wall where I have a little boy that missed next to the toilet that was never cleaned off. and this is multiple multiple times I thought "hey I'll just let them know, Please do a better job" and they'll do it and still nothing. I've had the same people. Maybe it's different with other Crews, but I don't know. Use at your own risk, but wouldn't recommend it if you have kids. My siblings and I hired Real World Cleaning Services to do on our family home after my Dad passed…read moreaway. We knew this was going to be a big, dirty, job and thought it best to let the professionals handle it. We set an appointment for a deep cleaning, which we were instructed it would be at least a 3 hour minimum job if not more and we readily agreed. We ask them to focus on 3 rooms, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The indicated they would clean the room from top to bottom, which included for the kitchen and dining room: dry wiping the walls and floor boards, clean the ceiling fan, windowsills, counter-tops, dusting, mopping/vacuuming the floor. Since we wanted the inside of the cupboards done we were told they had to be emptied out, which we did. We even moved a large hutch away from the wall so that they could clean the top of it and also get behind it as well. For the bathroom they would dry wipe walls and baseboards, windowsills, mop floors and clean toilet, sink, and shower along with mirrors. On the day of the appointment two people showed up for the job, but only stayed 2.25 hours and did a very poor job. See pictures where they did not clean out the empty kitchen cupboards and left mouse droppings and dirt in there, dust webs still on the wall, windowsill, top of refrigerator, top of the hutch, knocked one side of the full-length mirror off the wall in the bathroom and on and on. We were extremely disappointed. When we contacted the company they wanted to come back out and redo the job but that wasn't possible because the house was now being occupied, we were working on a very short timeline. Since they could not redo the cleaning, which in all honesty, we didn't want at this point, we requested a 50% refund of the fee we paid. We have called multiple times and emailed them twice and have gotten no response and the cleaning was completed on August 24, 2020. Please proceed with caution when using this company as I would hate for you to waste your hard earned money as my family and I did.
