We made an appointment to have her team come out to my home, just two days later, to give me an estimate. She let me know I was under no obligation to accept the quote to have the work done. The best part, I did not have to be home for any of this!I did receive a call 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were on their way. Once on site I received a text with a quote for my job. Becky called me to let me know the quote had been sent and we agreed upon the price and they immediately began removing the play-set. When I arrived home, the yard was spotless. they even removed sone garbage I had noticed was under it. the holes where the playset stood were barely noticeable.
