We frequently visit this farm during the fall season. They have done some upgrades for entertaining people but I feel like that money would have been better off spent getting the buildings around the cattle fixed up. Honestly the place looked dangerous. Rusty and bricks falling everywhere. I would trust buying milk from cows in that kind of environment honestly. So it's fun for a pumpkin patch but bad for a farm. read more

I hate to hop on to right a negative review, but feel the need to share my thoughts on my first and only visit to Hee Haw Farms. I saw it advertised for a spring fling event with baby animals, and was instantly excited for my 2 year old! Unfortunately, it was nothing like I expected. We walked in, and there was nobody working the farm (that we could see). Within 3 minutes of our visit, I noticed a heeler dog (assuming the farm dog there) chasing around a young hen, biting at her and knocking her down. Shortly after, I saw the dog run back to where he was but no hen in sight. Had my child been older and saw that, I feel that'd be traumatic for young eyes to see. I was heartbroken for that poor young hen (could tell she was only about 2-3 months old). Then, disappointed continued. The fencing and shelter for many of the animals was poor. We saw a few small piglets outside the pen, and when we found mom in her pen, the piglets tried to get back to her but couldn't figure their way back in. I feel these structures and fencing need to be more secure. The water buckets for the cows and ponies was green and hadn't appeared to be changed in a while. Most animals really didn't appear to have adequate space to move about. Overall, I felt very disappointed. And to pay $8 admission on top of that, with nobody working in sight, it just felt very odd. read more

We loved this place! $10 admission for an afternoon full of fun. We went on a Friday afternoon and the crowds were not bad at all. Our 16-year-old found plenty of selfie-worthy spots, and we had to peel our 4-year-old off the slides when it got dark. Something for everyone! We also loved picking up the animals, which included bunnies, chickens, and a regal turkey strutting around the grounds. Hee Haw farms is so much fun for kids and adults. They have giant slides, animal train rides, hay rides, and of course the animals. You can walk right into the goat pen and pet/feed/hold them. The baby goats are the cutest little things, you'll want to smuggle one out. However, I was told that they count the goats everyday to make sure no one has stolen one. Lol. We went here for a field trip with kindergarten and it was LOVELY. My son and his friends loved it. The highlights are- corn pit, tall slide, the different cows, petting zoo and planting a sunflower. We transplanted it to our garden and it free so tall! read more

This is the funnest place for kids and the whole family. So much to see and do. Lots is pumpkins, slides, animals. Corn maze is crazy fun! They also have a haunted ride through the farm. My best event is the pumpkin drop as you will see from my photos. This year they had a professional pumpkin carver. Food venues too so you can stay all day. read more

I love the family feel and all the activities, but, that being said, I probably wouldn't pay full price to get in with my small children. We got to go for a field trip and it was perfect. Definitely something older kids and families would enjoy, though, or for someone who wants to avoid the crowds and price tag of some of the other popular pumpkin patches. I never leave reviews for places, but felt the need for this. Very unimpressed. Admission was too expensive, and the entire environment felt cheap. I came with a 6 year old, and 2.5 year old. The 6 year old was entertained between their small zip line and slides, but the 2 year old wanted to go home from the start. Some of the treatment of the animals felt questionable. Mostly the little piglets. My youngest was excited to see them, but once we got closer noticed all the pigs were gaining up on the runt and hurting/biting it so it was squealing non-stop. I know animals do this, but this poor little pig was really getting beat up and its screams were so loud you could hear from any corner of the farm. My little one was very disturbed and started crying. There was loud country music blasting nearby that I think was strategically placed to help drown out the sounds. I brought up my concerns to the staff, thinking maybe it would be wise to remove the little pig for a while since it really seemed to be getting beat up, but they just shrugged and refused to do anything. The pumpkin patch was very picked over, the sunflowers were dead, and the patch itself felt deserted and was full of big thorns that got caught in jackets, other clothing, and even my kids hands. Some parts were redeeming, and overall I think the kids had some fun. But I would never recommend and will not be returning. read more

Came for the fall celebration. The kids loved it!! Our favorites were the giant slide and the bumpy hay ride. A little crowded this time of year but still very enjoyable. Saw the pumpkin drop, did the goat and sheep petting zoo. Had fun with the kids trying to pet a chicken!! Got to buy some pumpkins, play in the corn pit, and went home happy and exhausted. It is a little pricy but it's worth it to support our local farmers. They don't get much appreciation anymore. Thanks farmers! read more

We have been to this pumpkin patch a couple times. The kids love it. We went this season as well as a few years ago and they have added new attractions this year. They have a row of bounce houses now. General admission is $10 per person, including adults. And then you add on activities for extra money such as bounce houses, petting zoo, and pony rides (most are 2$ per person). The general admission includes activities such as slides, corn pit, and tractor ride. Pumpkins are pay per pound, you purchase them on your way out. You will be walking around on dirt and getting dusty so I recommend sturdy shoes. read more

My son had a blast and that is what matters but I do feel the entry price is high. I would say 1 free adult entry per child is more than fair considering usually the adult isn't doing any rides or slides. At at 2/1 entry rate I would have paid to do more activities that were not included in price. If you are looking for a great time of family fun this is the place. So far I have only been here for the fall season festivities but they have activities all year round. During the fall they have a haunted hay ride, two corn mazes, slides, a petting zoo, and other kid friendly activities. I came here on Halloween, and I had SO much fun! The staff was so sweet. They let us stay late and told us about the farm. The animals were so cute and friendly. I actually donated my two ducklings to this farm a couple of weeks ago, and i finally got to visit them again. They're taking SUCH good care of them! So fun!! The animals were great and I loved all of the slides. The workers were all fantastic and incredibly friendly.

This place has potential but is not what we were hoping. Some of the attractions were not able to be used. Not sure how to use them and no one to ask. The "Haunted" hay ride was a ride on a small falling apart wagon drug by a man on a tractor that says not a word to anyone. The ride is down a dirt road past a heap of abandoned car junk yard and was about a minute and 30 seconds long. It was pretty disappointing. The slides were fun but you can only slide for so long. There are a few animals you can feed from a tiny area. There are rabbits but are in a dark shed, we needed to use the lights on our phones to even be able to see them at all. Only one girl at the front entrance was helpful at all. The rest of the staff were looking very bored and didn't speak at all to anyone. We asked how to use a corn shooting thing when we were finally able to find someone to ask and they had no idea. We also couldn't find the hayride part, the staff we asked had no idea where it was and so we walked everywhere until we figured it out ourselves. I really want to support small family owned places like this, but it was really disappointing and not nearly worth the $60 we payed for our entry. read more

We had a great experience at Hee Haw Farms! It's always fun to go out and enjoy fall events but we have a 4 yr old and a 9 month old. The 4 yr old can be pretty unpredictable as to what he'll enjoy that day. We've been to cornbellys and like it but the price is pretty steep and we don't usually stay long enough to really make it worth it. Hee Haw Farms had just enough activities to offer variety like an animal train ride, hay ride, slides and pumpkin drop but also had the option to add more activities like a pony ride or speciality slides for older or more adventurous kids at only a $1 each. When the baby was getting tired, we had fed animals, done the slide 100 times and watched the pumpkins being dropped forever and it had only been an hour it wasn't too bad because the general admission was an easy $6! Plus, they refunded my $1 for the pony ride because the 4 yr old wasn't in the mood. Hee haw farms is great! read more
