As soon as I walked in, one lady poked her head out of a massage room to say, "we're busy." I asked if I could book an appointment. Another lady poked her head out of another massage room to say, "come back at 5." So two massages were interrupted because there is no front desk attendant. Not good but I came back at 5 as requested. Mind you, a snow/ice storm had just begun. The same woman poked her head out, once again, as soon as she heard the door open to exclaim, "we're busy."
