I appreciated Cielo's flexibility with getting me into the schedule, the receptionist even moved some things around to make it possible. Great customer service there. Unfortunately the rest of the experience wasn't as good. I didn't see anywhere on the website that there wasn't a parking lot, and unfortunately the garage near the spa was closed for no apparent reason so finding parking was difficult. I had to ring the doorbell to get into the spa and someone came to let me in, didn't say hi and just asked me if I had an appointment before they'd let me in. The interior of the reception area was very visibly worn and outdated. It reminded me of the decor of a high end spa from the late 90s or early 00s. They had a sign on the wall saying that the spa had won Best of Delaware in 2004 which is when I think it was likely last updated. I'm not quite sure why but I had to wait about 20 minutes to get started on my services, I mostly just stood at the reception desk awkwardly as she typed away for over 15 minutes. I finally asked if she needed more time and I should sit. At that point she said we could get started. I will say this - the massage was fantastic. That, plus the schedule flexibility, is why this is a 3 star review and not 1 or 2. Again, the ambiance wasn't great - the spa area was also very old and outdated and frankly looked like it needed a good scrub down. There were coffee drips on the wall near my pedicure chair that grossed me out, some towels that looked less than fresh in the nail area and other random bits of grime throughout. Prior to the massage she brought me into a dressing room to put on a robe. I was disappointed to see they didn't have above an XL and only one XL available. Although the XL was comfortable for me I felt like it would've been awkward if I needed a bigger size or if someone had already been using the XL. I know they only had one because l was the only spa customer for the entire 4 hours. It was a bit too quiet and creepy being in the spa area alone to be honest. My pedicure and manicure were both ok but not great. I was really disappointed with the polish choices especially. There were only about 10 gel options and they had zero matching sets for gel/non-gel which is really standard at spas now. I ended up finding two that were similar. The person who did my services was nice enough but not friendly or warm. That combined with the general worn out/outdated/somewhat grimy ambiance kind of ruined the vibe for me a bit. I didn't get that same super relaxing, warm feeling I'm looking for at a spa. I will say the prices are decent. Overall I don't think I'd return given the ambiance of the spa but if you don't care about that, this might be a good place for a massage!

No one ever answers the phone, and no one called me back. On the day before the appointment, my message expressed my concerns of missing the appointment and possibly pairing extra for cancellation fees. After that last message, an angry old lady called me 2hrs later & and said: "At this point you might as well get a refund from groupon. Good luck getting your money back". Then she hung up on me. I finally decided to say something since she raised her price ​​this year especially. She got very snoody with me as soon as I said something and said "nothing is ever said when I go longer.", which I had noticed for months was not the case so I spoke up and said that I hadn't noticed that in awhile. At that point she got even more unprofessional and rude and said "I charge $125"...and as I said 120-125, same thing she decided to cut short the 8 minute massage she started giving me IN MY WHEELCHAIR (VERY DEMEANING WHEN BOT okD) and say "OK I'm leaving where's my money." At which point I told her to get the F out of my house and never come back. To have the audacity to be rude to a 4 year client not to mention the 20 years my family has been using her, shows she has no respect or loyalty to her customers. She proceeded to moon me on her way out which I have uploaded to YouTube and you can see. It also shows the timestamp where she was short 8 minutes...it was an outdoor massage and you can't see the table in the video. Not to mention she is borderline proud of being a racist, saying multiple times that she thinks "she just doesn't like black people", which is evident by the dozens of reviews she has where I'm sure that plays a role. She needs to get a different career. If you've gotten so greedy that a few MINUTES/DOLLARS is more important than you relationship with your client you should stick to flagging. She even had the nerve to bring up that she never gets tipped when she is the owner and keeps the full $125.
