I stated I was from out of town and inquired about their smoking lounge...he stated that they have a lounge but that it was temporarily closed...it was obvious based upon his tone that I wasn't welcome to sit in their lounge but would be open to sell me a cigar. It's South Bend in late November and I'm from out of town...where would I smoke other than at the establishment I bought a cigar from! If this was the owner...wow...and if not...they need to wonder how much business are they losing by such horrible hospitality and service! Sounded like he wanted to keep his little party in the lounge for him and his boys!

I called a little after they opened, and I spoke to a really nice guy who checked to be sure they had it, before I drove out to their location. I showed up, I didn't talk to the guy who I spoke to on the phone, he might've been the owner, but there were two other guys and one of them took me right to the glass pieces I needed. He even said hi to the guy coming in the front door as he was helping me. I mostly buy this stuff online b/c smoke shop prices can be brutal, but I got a damn good deal today. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

While they say it will be ordered, it still hasn't been in stock after months or if ordered very limited stock of the items. Was a long time customer and have noted several rude employees there that don't care about the customers or the reputation of the store. Be wary of the liquidation sale. All sales final. Not worth wasting money as most had liquid leaking out of the units or they tasted burned like vapes do at the end of the life cycle.
