It's made onsite and not allowed to steep. It is not the safest or best out there by a long shot. VaporFi and Omvapors is much better. A little more expensive but worth it for the quality and peace of mind. I'll let you do your own research. If you Google the safest/best juices, you will not find Juicemafia on the lists. They don't even rank. During the quarantine they were delivering orders which is awesome, but now they are open and cases are still rapidly rising here. Ppl vape in that store. Blowing out germs. Also the customer service is for shit. You'll do fine until there is something wrong with something you bought there. Then you'll see who they really are. Brian and the other people have always been very courteous and polite to me. They're very knowledgeable in the products that they sell. Typically, I look at several places before deciding on a "favorite," and often there are friendly or knowledgeable people in several shops. Today I got it right the first try and won't be going anywhere else. They were friendly AND knowledgeable, and their in-house juice is spectacular, listing the basic ingredients right on the bottle. I have gotten a few bad batches of e-liquid here to where the juice wouldn't wick, and one where the employee forgot to put nicotine in the juice. They also hand fill their juices, where as other places such as Mister E's in Niles use syringes to fill theirs to ensure the exact amount of what's being put in. Other than that, staff is great and helpful but I was sick of going back every time I got a bad batch. read more

I'm gonna give these guys 3 stars because they've got the market cornered in this one horse town. Also because their prices are quite reasonable, and their little "tasting bar" or whatever where you can try out the flavors of e-juice is pretty rad. However, I've got some big complaints about them. Wrote a review about 'em! Wanna hear it? Here it goes: The staff expects you to know what they're talking about, without taking the slightest opportunity to explain anything. "Vaping" (ugh I hate that term) and the cult of vape is a pretty new phenomenon, relatively, so if you're new to it, don't expect a guided tour from these cats. For example, being new to vaping, I didn't know about coils. If you know what I'm talking about while reading this, you're already ahead of me when I first started patronizing this store. So, not knowing that coils have to be changed every so often, I was going in there and buying a completely new tank every couple of weeks when my juice started tasting funky and gross and the whole thing just wasn't hitting right or what have you. I also went in there several times like "Hey, I bought this juice about 2 weeks ago and all of the sudden it tastes like $hit. Does it expire?? Eh?? Please bear in mind, this is a very small town, and I am pretty recognizable, and the staff there is small. It is usually one of two dudes that waits on me. I find it pretty hard to believe they didn't recognize me, but hey, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Anyway, finally, I was pretty well determined that my battery had crapped out and I went in there to ask them what I should do about it, and if necessary, buy a new battery, and a new tank to go with it. Derp derp derp. Well what do you know, it happened to be a NEW employee this time and he asks me if I've been changing the coils. Nope, I haven't. He then advised I need to do that every couple weeks, and that they sell the coils in packs, and gets me a new one, and boom, everything works fine and dandy again! Do you see my problem here? If I'd been told about the coil thing in the first place, I would have BOUGHT THEM, rather than wasting my money on tank after tank all the time. This ticked me off. Then, they discontinued my favorite flavor of juice. Ffffuuuuuu. Not their fault, I understand supply and demand, but still, now I gotta make due with substitutes and most of them are repulsive, truth to tell. This is the price you pay with vaping. Anyway, after being advised about changing the coils on my own decide I wanted a new tank anyway. This was 2, count them, TWO days after I was in there discussing this. I just didn't like the large tank I was using because it was unwieldy fitting the whole shebang into my purse, etc. So I go in and get a different style of tank. And a bottle of juice- in a non-preferred flavor. I sat in the shop and filled it in front of the employees, while chatting with them. (This is important) I am waited on by the same guy that told me about changing the coils. I get the new tank home and THAT NIGHT, within hours, I'm getting juice leaking down into my battery, and coming up in my mouth, and bubbling like a bong when I try to take a hit. Dude had just informed me that this happens when the coils are burned out! WTF! So I take that tank in the next day like seriously dude, the coils burn out within hours on this mother scratcher? What is going on. A different employee, who I believe is the owner or manager, as he's always in there, tells me that the dark colors of juice (like coffee flavored, chocolate ones, things like that) burn the coils out quicker. I'm like "QUICKER AS IN WITHIN HOURS?!" He says that would be unusual and I must have done something wrong. DUDE! I FILLED THE THING IN FRONT OF YOUR STAFF! LAST NIGHT! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG! AND IF I DID, MAYBE SOMEONE COULD HAVE TOLD ME *AS THEY WATCHED ME DO IT?* In any event this tank that I had bought is screwed and his answer is pretty much like "Shrug! It happens!" Uh, no, that's shoddy merchandise, give me my money back, or replace it! What is your DEAL, guy? He's just like no. So I'm like ok fine. I'll just change the coil on it when I get home and see if that makes a difference. He then informs me that this tank TAKES A DIFFERENT KIND OF COILS TO THE ONES I JUST PURCHASED 2 DAYS BEFORE! AND THEY'RE TWICE AS EXPENSIVE! AND EVIDENTLY THEY BURN OUT WITHIN HOURS! LOL! Not that you could have told me that when I bought it! GAAAAAAAAAAAAWD. I was ready to scream, but I just left. As I have managed to quit smoking with these stupid, pain in the ass electronic cigarettes, and have not smoked since March, I can't say that I won't be back. I will. HOWEVER, I just saw another vape shop opened in downtown South Bend and I'm gonna check that out before I do. Maybe they won't be so culty so as to expect you to read their minds, or god forbid, expect the staff to educate you about their products. read more

I give 1 star because of the shady sales tactics, like saying im gona burn my electronics out, or i need to use a mech mod for sub ohming. Dont lie to me to sell me something. Ive been vaping longer than you have been in business. Come to find out hes the owner. Well his staff sence handles the buisness as he sits back and blows clouds all day at face level to people looking at merch. Oh and now they have alot of box mods that can handle sub ohm so it looks like some one took my advice cause you didnt have them when i came in the first time. The staff trys, but when they say what there told its very obvious. Oh and flavours they mix, not premium. Come on man you cant make 100% mix anything? Ok so mixing list and not mixing artisan. Right now i can make an 80/20, 99/1, 50/50 and make them all tast the exact same. Good for suckers, bad for people who know what there doing. read more

Well, they are the only e-cig shop around so they have it cornered. Its a good thing cause if they had the competition they would be out of business. Pros: They are a local business. their hours are reasonable. e-juice is only a little more expensive than ordering from a shop in another state. Cons: all the current staff are snobs and act like they know it all. (except the woman that works in the Mishawaka location. i don't know her name, but she has several tattoos and she has been very kind and never rude to me while i try and spend money at the establishment.) The high end equipment sold there ranges from 85%-120% more than other end point stores around the country. builders do not have actual knowledge of what they are doing when it comes to building these high end coils. A quote from a builder there "Well we watch Youtube videos to learn how to build them." Conclusion: A simple Google search could save you upwards of $100 when building a mod of anysort vs. buying from them. Find the one person that isn't a jerk ,buy your juice ,support local business ,and get the hell out! read more

The staff at this store is so helpful and friendly. I really enjoy my visits to restock and get updates on Vaping Regulations. E-cig Works is the only local shop who helped in the fight against unfair Indiana regulation. They were at every rally, collected money, educated customers, emailed us about calls to action, and kept us all informed. They even rented a bus and paid to take customers to the rallies free of charge. I'm so happy they survived and are still here to serve the local vaping community. They helped my entire family to quit tobacco. I seriously can't say enough great things about them. The selection of hardware and variety of e-liquid is amazing. read more

When I left the shop with $160 in products I felt pretty good about my experience but once I got home that feeling quickly faded. The box mod and tank I got were $140 alone and after a quick Google search I found them online for $60 less, ok fine that's my bad I should have checked before. The juice is inexpensive because it is in fact cheap juice. Try a $17 bottle vs. what they make in back and you can taste the difference. After a few days my CoolFire4 box started leaking juice and I was basically told the store would do nothing and to contact the manufacturer. I guess when I spend that kind of loot on a new hobby I expect a little better customer service. I now order everything online and have ZERO issues! Also, they will not price match or lower their prices (I ordered another Kangertech TopBox Mini kit w/battery and free shipping for $58 not 2 minutes before writing this) at all so save your loot and order online. And to the fellas that work in the shops...no one and I do mean no one is impressed with your clouds. read more

These guys may have been the only vape store in town, but now there are several. I love the tasting bar, but have to agree with Erin about their customer service. I live in Florida but visited Ecigs works after Christmas and purchased a starter kit and juice. I was a newbie and felt like They were not very helpful answering questions, like they were annoyed with my ignorance. I wanted 100%vg and was told they didn't make it so I got 25/75. I am allergic to pg. Pg makes me break out and cough. After arriving back in Florida the charger quit working so I called and left a message (warenteed) but no one returned my call until one of the owners called nearly a month later. She took my address and said she would send a new charger, but three weeks later I still have not recieved it. I am dealing with another vape store and they make 100% VG, no more cough or skin break outs! read more

I've been a loyal customer of Ecig-Works for over a year now and have nothing but respect for the owners and staff. They have helped me out whenever I've needed it whether it be juice recommendations, tips on building/DIY, or more importantly these days, legislation which threatens a burgeoning and helpful industry. I have referred so many people - friends, strangers, family - to ECW and each has come back happier for having visited (ok not the strangers, I can't speak for them). I've seen the staff in action and they are extremely helpful and patient with questions. They understand this is a new thing to a great many of their customers. They do often get busy which just speaks to the degree of loyalty their customers have. I've seen ECW grow from one tiny store to now having three locations to serve multiple cities. I gave 1 star because there wasn't a 1/4 star to give. I quit smoking a year and a half ago. I got my first starter vape kit from these Turkeys. Yah they wanted to sell and that is about all. The staff was plentiful with 8 sales people on at the time. I talked to most of them and they all wanted to sell me something different. The only thing that turned out to be impressive was the juice bar. Where one could try the various juices they made. I stopped visiting the Ecig-Works stores because of the cost of everything. Even the juices were getting rather expensive. I have been buying my Vaping needs from The Vape and Smoke stores in Niles, Michigan and go to their Mishawaka, Indiana store regularly. Other than that I purchase some items on line at various web sights where I pay a lot less than what one can get items for at the local retailer. read more
