Heard nothing on Friday. On Monday, I get this email: "I have run into some scheduling conflicts and I will not be able to submit a price for the work you have requested. Thank you for considering us for the work." No explanation, he just disappeared. I called and talked to the guy who wrote this email, and he explained that he can't give a quote on complicated projects. He was simply unwilling to investigate and give me a number. So much for "scheduling conflicts." Don't waste your time requesting a quote. They may not even give it to you, and they'll lie to you about why.
