Dr Ron was one of the dentists I contacted, who had training to do them, and as he was new in his Frisco practice, he had not yet performed the procedure on a patient. In fact, I was his first. I wanted 10 done, which was a big job. He blocked off his entire day to do the job for me. Dr. Ron literally was responsible for changing my life that epic day. I don't know if he ever fully knew the impact of his artistry upon my life, but I am here to tell you he changed the trajectory of my life with his art because he helped me achieve a level of self confidence which impacted every aspect of my future life. Shortly after having the procedure I left the high country, pursuing a career in Nashville and Country music. It has been 40, yes 40 years, that I have had the smile tailor made for me. I literally have had so few issues, that I am only now in need of his artistry once again. I broke one of my front veneers by my own ignorance. Although, Dr. Ron never made big bucks on my mouth full of ugly stained teeth, he did for me what no one else ever did. Dr, Amedro insisted my husband have X-rays even though he had just had X-rays with our home dentist about 6 weeks ago. After x rays Dr. Amedro glued my husbands crown back on (this may have taken 10 minutes) and charged us $194! We were stunned. This is absolutely outrageous. We would not recommend this dentist unless you feel like you want to be robbed. They should be ashamed of what they charged us for this!!!! UPDATE: We sent Dr. Amedro an email last night saying how upset we were with these charges and he responded immediately saying it was an honest mistake and that his office would be in touch with us today to refund a portion of these charges. Ok so I've had braces for like a year and thank god I'm only a few months away from getting them…read moreoff. I had a better doctor before but he's on paternity leave and everyday I pray for his return. The current one keeps lying about the consequences of giving me colors on the braces ?? Like I asked to get color these two last times and they said no. The first time it was because the doctor said it would "stunt my progress". ??? 0 correlation, and no further explanation. And this time they said no because "colors cause gum disease" ??? Did this doctor get his info from Facebook and just run with it? So weird. And he's also really rough and makes my teeth hurt probably more than they have to. My mom is paying 4 figures and I don't even get color!! If you need braces, RUN from this clinic do not come here unless you are ready for them to play in your face The front desk lady is really nice tho. Place is a JOKE. I…read morehad originally set up an appointment at the Frisco location. I called back the week before to confirm, but for some reason they moved it to Edwards. I didn't have anyone to transport me that time, so I needed to reschedule. Ended up having an emergency over the weekend, and needed to be rushed to the Denver hospital. They prescribed amoxicillin for the infection that I was experiencing. (Found out Hospital's are not allowed to remove teeth). I stopped by the Frisco location at 8am on Monday ("opening"). Surprised to see me, Dr. Karl Heggdouche told me he will only there for 20min on a "personal call". I explained to him that I had a severe infection, to which he responded "you don't look that swollen" and that I was "interrupting". BEST PART, HE DIDN'T EVEN CARE TO LOOK AT IT... Even after calling back, begging for ANY appointment, just for the infected tooth, they dropped my call. Than wouldn't answer at 2-3pm!! This "Dr." shouldn't have a license, and the office needs to get rid of the windows 99 scheduling system. I mean your closed for most of the week anyways, why not just close everything down and stop lying to people that you have the staff... If your having a bad day, I get it... but to drop my call in a fu*king emergency... you're a cu*t and shouldn't have a license at all. Consider the February appointment cancelled, spot in Denver was much cheaper!! Thanks for nothing!
