The lady behind the counter was so sweet and helpful in helping me choose the right size and picked out the flowers that she would be able to put in the arrangement similar to what was in the picture. When the flowers were delivered they were absolutely gorgeous. Just the right size, the flowers were exquisite, and the price was fantastic. I had priced other florist and would have paid more than double what she charged me if I had gone with them. I also ended up getting two peace lilies from her which were also priced lower than the going rate at other local florist shops. I will never shop at any other florist again! And I've been telling everybody I know that this is the place to go. The flower arrangement also lasted for two weeks with only minor culling of a few flowers from the mass of them in the vase.

Knowing very little about flowers other than what I find aesthetically pleasing when I work with a florist in person, I was a bit wary about placing my order over the phone. I gave the florist (a woman, I wish I'd asked her name so I could praise her specifically here-- it was 4/25 in the morning for what it's worth...) a very general set of ideas of what I was looking for and my aesthetic; shapes, colors, and then some stuff about the girl who was getting them. At that point, I had to put my trust in her hands to make the bouquet. It was really, really gorgeous. It surprised the girl and made her day-- and they were very precise on the timing of getting it to her office to ensure she'd get them before she left for the day. It was absolutely perfect. I would (and will) be calling them back again, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. It was another 4 days after the 3rd attempt that I finally got a response by email. The response stated, in what I feel was a condescending manner, that she could not do what I was asking for in any way shape or form (the flowers are all out of season and impossible to get) but that she would make me something completely different for an oddly high price. I am appalled that the bouquet lasted 2 days and looks like gerber daisies (not an expensive flower). I know my family spent $100 on this bouquet and I feel it was not even worth half of what they spent--including the delivery fee. The bouquet literally had 11 daisies. Horrible, horrible experience.
