Unfortunately, the chips were a miss for me. They tasted like they had been fried more than once and had a slightly burnt flavor. For lunch, I ordered the green enchiladas, while my mom got the chilaquiles verdes. Unfortunately, this is where the meal really fell short for me. The food came out quickly, but the texture made it seem like our dishes had been reheated rather than freshly prepared. My enchiladas had good flavor, but the tortillas were extremely soggy, which really took away from the dish. The rice was also more of a steamed-style rice than the traditional Mexican rice I was expecting. The refried beans, however, were probably my favorite part of the meal.
