This smoke shop is amazing. The staff is courteous and knowledgable about both smoking glass and e-cig/vapor products. It caters to a higher end of customers with quality products at great prices (they seem to have something in every price range). It is easy to find and conveniently located (if the bar next door is closed, there's an amazing selection of beers and wines next door at the convenience store on the other side!) in the heights area. They seem to be able to order anything you'd want, and stay up to date on the lastest smoking/vaping technology. With the laid-back atmosphere and the genuine interest in helping the customers find what they're looking for, it's definately a place to return to again and again. Quaint smoke shop located in my neighborhood. I enjoy smaller, locally owned businesses as I don't have the desire to feed corporate greed. The staff is helpful and excessively knowledgeable. No high pressure sales pitch. I went in with a price range and was not met with scoffs or aggravated grunts, but respectfully pointed in the right direction to meet my, we shall say, inhalation requirements. I used to work at the bar next to that place called Lei low, one night it was raining really bad and people were crowding around the entrance, some guy named Colby comes out and starts yelling at me telling me to keep people from crowding around his front door, I said "ok man I'm doing my best" then 10 minutes later he comes out with a pistol on his hip and tries to intimidate me, then I told him to fuck off. Super cool little shop in the Heights. If you like classic all time movie memorabilia and superheroes than you'll like this smoke shop. When you walk in, your walking into a scene from a bunch of superhero movies. There's so many action figures displayed throughout the shop , it's a pretty cool scenery.
