The moment you walk in, you're immediately greeted. Then asked "What can I help you find?" I've been bodybuilding for a good few months and started needing to take supplements to help with my overall physique. Sure. You don't always need supplements and they aren't really required but they sure do help. I've gone twice so far and every time I've been helped, I've gotten what I needed. Explained in full detail what I'm looking for and received good customer service as well as great supplements. What I truly appreciate is that they don't push supplements in your face. They listen to you and go accordingly to what you need. Currently I'm fully stocked on preworkout, isolate protein, and BCAAs. That's probably gonna last me a while.

It seems some of the staff do not understand the difference between a valid digital ID and a picture of an ID. To clarify, one is a picture the other is a valid ID that legally should be accepted the same way any other valid ID should be. I hope the nonsensical policy is worth losing a customer who spends a few hundred dollars with you every month.
