After a severe injury to my cervical spine, my doctor didn't want me to use the services Heights Wellness Retreat offered. I called and asked what I needed to do because I would not be coming back. I was told a note from my doctor would be sufficient. After providing them a note from my doctor, they refused to honor it. I also felt pressured to sign up with them to begin with. Then, speaking with management, he went on to insult me by saying they have other services I could use and if they took my doctors note forbidding me to use the only services I wanted, then they would have to accept that from everybody. Not everybody has a permanent injury that their services will help! Who would want to use a company that is only in it for the money? Certainly not me! read more

If I could leave zero stars I definitely would. Never even got a chance to use the Groupon we purchased because when I left VMs to resched our appts, nobody ever returned our calls and then they charged us $130 and $113 for missed appts. The charges are being disputed through the bank so I'm not worried and groupon is looking into this "business" at this time. Don't waste your time or money as they don't have competent enough employees to manage their phone lines so I'd be leery about the ones touching your bodies- and when you call them on THEIR mistakes they turn it on you and say they'll investigate what happened but still charge you. Go to Massage Envy instead like we should've done. read more

THE worst place ever not only did they sit here and lie in my review that I gave whenever I called yesterday there was not a single management partner in the building at all. I had to wait for one of them to get back from a meeting, which is actually ridiculous that not a single manager would be in the building. A second off calling my review, a dishonest one all because you were upset at the outcome and lying and saying I never had my gift card when I'm sitting at home currently looking at it is beyond me. calling me a erratic when I called multiple times because nobody would answer me so I decided to pull up in person to have a conversation with one of the owners to see if they could do anything for me and let's not forget that I did not even talk to the two managers that were on the shift. I only spoke to the owner after I told him I was not going to sit on the phone anymore with him and I can go inside to his Establishment and talk to somebody to figure out how I can get my money back but yet that's erratic let's not forget how your receptionist literally laughed at me multiple times on the phone forgot to put me on hold so I could hear them giggling saying I threatened and terrorized your business is insane when I've heard from multiple people you have manager sign NDA's before you fire them and then allegedly your membership. People are getting their money moved around, but that's not my problem right cause I was just the girl who wanted a refund, right so we shouldn't really get into the fact that there's missing money being moved around at your company that you only became the managing partner of a year ago weird but I wanted a refund on a gift card and when everybody laughed at me and refused to help me, I came by to get my money in person. I came by to have a conversation in person and I sat there for 25 minutes and had a conversation with the owner before he even called the cops so what's the problem here I mean he sat there and had a 25 minute conversation with me to try and figure something out, and I didn't even step foot into the establishment and got trespass all because I wanted a refund the most disrespectful dishonest company that I have ever seen in Chattanooga and I can't wait for the day y'all get shut down for treating people the way you do because there was nothing wrong about the way I acted in the way I went about things other than the fact that I got a bit too frustrated read more

It has been 5 years since my original review so I thought it good to post an update. Although I have used several therapists during this time the services and quality of the massage has always been high. It's obvious they train their staff here well to delivery a consistently good massage to their clients. I am currently using Raven and I find her to be pleasant to work with. She listens to my needs and tailors the massage to my specific needs. Overall this is a great experience and I plan on continuing here for a long time. read more

This is the best place we have used in Chattnooga. Forest and Miranda do a superb job. I am a member of the stay healthy program and for the money it is the best program offered. Forest is a most skilled therapist and truly understand the muscle pain I have from stress and my RA. I would highly recommend this service for anyone needing massage therapy. I was looking forward to my massage here, however they called to cancel a little over an hour before my massage. I was attending with a friend, and they offered I could do a facial service instead but they had no other massages until over 24 hours later. I understand things happen, however if it is not acceptable for a customer to cancel on that short of notice, I would've appreciated if the business offered a discount or something for the trouble. read more

New to the area, I'm a already member, and had my first time in this location about 3 weeks ago. I had a 90-min massage scheduled for 5:30 that started more than 12 minutes late and finished at 7:00. I was disappointed and feel I did not get the time I paid for. I did note to the receptionist that we were behind and she condescendingly told me I'd "get what I paid for," that I should be understanding because the therapist "had been booked for 8 hours straight already." Upon preparing for the massage, I found the floor extremely dirty. Footprints and dirt were visible even with dim lights, and I was uncomfortable walking on the floor. Throughout the massage, therapists could be heard loudly shutting doors, calling to one another and speaking at normal volume to guests in the halls. No effort was made to whisper in the reception area nor the halls. A few areas of tension were breezed over, despite reviewing them in-depth with the therapist. Finally, when I decided against tipping due to my experience, the same receptionist became visibly offended. I was not thanked nor wished a nice evening as I left. In fact, nothing was said. Needless to say, I'm really disappointed by my experience and hope that's not the kind of treatment I'm in for as a member. If there were another location nearby, I would go to it, but there isn't, so I'm not sure what to do.. read more

You have the option to request massage therapists, although I've had a different one every time I've been there. First I was told I still had 4 massages on my account and I could get them and when I got to get a massage a month later I was told that my massages had expired.
