Everyday we listen and view the calm burbling brook and the antics of our little aquatic friends. We hired them this year to do an almost complete landscaping renual in our backyard....I didn't realize "landscaping" in their name didn't mean just Lawn Service. Some small gardens had gone wild..ground cover was out of control, some slate garden edging was completely lost in the overgrown weeds. They brought a little machine and several ambitious helpers to collect and stack the lost slate, they saved and took care not to damage the plantings we hoped to keep. Everything on our list was addressed to the Tee. They planted several new fruit trees we found they had in stock and at a local nursery. Tore out some stubborn old shrubs in front of the house we didn't know what to do with. They also took care of some old stumps the previous tree service left. I can't express fully how thrilled we are with the work. They showed up on time, they worked all day, the men were engaged, they took care to listen to our opinions and offered creative options to where the plantings would look best and how to care for them after. If I could I would rate them 7 out of 5 stars. Our backyard suddenly seems 1000 sq feet bigger... Well done Arbordale!! Thank you!

When I talked to John the owner, he offered me 1 5 foot pine tree. When I mentioned that wouldn't fill in the bare space left by his mistake, and that I wanted the open space filled in. With whatever would cover the area he suggested I call an attorney and walked away from me. I've since filed BBB, CFPB, NYS Attorney general, and complaints with Erie County. Next step is court. I just want this man to fix his mistakes. Let's see what a judge has to say. Anyone looking for work done might wanna look somewhere else.

Yelp apparently has added this site as WOLF Nursery does not have it's own website. The name of the…read morenursery is Wolf Nursery, not Wolf's. Anyway, without several reviews, how can a company be properly rated? Here's my take. I was initially quite disappointed with the load of gravel I received from Wolf. It was properly graded and I was satisfied with that. But when I complained that it did not match a similar job done at a neighboring location, on the same day, with the same size gravel, I was told I must have meant to order a larger stone (#1). Well, being a woman and not knowing my stone grades/sizes, I still did not think this explained the difference in appearance between the two jobs (the other job was done by Wolf at my suggestion, but these other people have always had Wolf do their parking lot area when needed. I just happened to know they were in need of stone at the same time I needed it, so I told the owner to contact them). Anyway, the owner came out and saw what I was referring to as a *problem*. He again stated I must have wanted a larger size stone. Although I didn't understand why the difference in the two jobs, I offered to pay for more stone to reach the consistency I had hoped for. The owner immediately said he "just wanted me to be happy" with my driveway and said he would have another load of stone brought and applied at no extra charge. I believe I spoke to him in person on Friday afternoon, and the following Monday morning at 8:00 am a load of stone and a Wolf Nursery employee arrived! I had to go away right at that time, but I came back 3 hours later to a BEAUTIFUL driveway! You can draw your own conclusions for this narrative, but, in my mind, a company will stand behind their products and services, and, in this case, Wolf Nursery certainly DID!

I started with NextDoor.com to find an upholsterer and time and time, people recommended Coty Upholstery in Tonawanda. Coty referred me to Fabric Warehouse in Lockport to find the perfect fabric. So, I drove out there and a very nice, helpful lady went through the fabrics, explained what was washable, explained the pattern matching. I was very happy with my choice, and now my second hand store find looks vibrant and classic. Hats off to both Fabric Warehouse and Coty Upholstery!
