When we picked them up and brought them home, we realized the screens did not fit properly, and the bent screens had not been replaced as requested. I called immediately, and Patty initially acknowledged the mistake and told us to bring the screens back so the issue could be corrected. Shortly after that, I had to travel out of state due to an emergency and was away for approximately one month, bringing us into December. After a very rough winter, we finally returned the screens. While they were repaired, they still did not fit correctly. At that point, a technician came to the house to measure the windows. We later received a call that the new screens were ready, and we picked them up. Due to continued wind, rain, and cold weather, there was a delay of a few weeks before installation. Unfortunately, once installed, several screens still did not fit properly, and some were clearly the wrong size altogether. It appeared as though the same size screen was made for windows that were originally different sizes. I paid over $350 during the first visit and was then required to pay an additional $300+ to have the work redone. When I tried to explain the discrepancies to Patty, my concerns were dismissed due to the amount of time that had passed. In the end, I am out more than $600, with screens that still do not fit correctly. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. We have done business with this company--both personally and professionally--for over 20 years. Sadly, after this experience, that relationship has ended. Not a happy customer, and we will not be returning.

He told me it was not up to code and he said that's why it wasn't working. He worked for about an hour and a half installing a vent for our pump toilet system. I never saw him do anything but install the vent. He never looked at the pump system at all. And obviously that was the problem. But he said it was fixed and I paid well over $600. Being a basement toilet, it wasn't used much, so several days later I discovered it still was not working. I called and they sent the same guy to fix it properly. He couldn't have complained more about actually having to finishing the job this time. He actually said to me, "are you on some kind of medication or something?" blaming me for the job he never fixed the first time. He said that I was to blame for the pipes being clogged. When I asked him, are you saying that I, using it at most three times since you were here, am responsible for clogging the pipes? He paused for about 5 seconds and then said "yes". I know he never really checked things properly the first time, because I was checking on what he was doing. I called and left a message with the owner and of course he couldn't bother to respond to me, a customer... and on top of all else, the plumber started raising his voice at me. He obviously was caught lying regarding even looking for any other reason than the vent issue as to why it wasn't working. When I spoke to the plumbing manager, he told me that they have been in business 100 years? How did that help me?? The guy that was in my house, should not be anywhere near the home owner. I did find someone that fixed it. Will never go near Ed Youngs again.

I visited on a Saturday morning and was greeted as soon as I entered, and an employee offered to help me find the contact paper right away. The cashier also cashed me out quickly. Overall I had a good experience and would come here again if I needed something from a home improvement store.

Today (2020-01-29) they cost $80 (limit 1 box per person). The 3M brand costs $12 each (normally $6 each). The staff seem very nice and honest. They explained that their suppliers keep raising prices so they have to raise prices. They said there will be no more available tomorrow onward! I also bought a pack of 5 without valve for $20. They also ran out of hand sanitizer so they had to hunt for them today. They only have 20 left. A 118mL bottle cost $5 each which isn't inflated.
