They have some really neat chairs like the IMG Luna, and some really well made recliners. Many of the chairs remind me of the mid-century modern classics. The action and build quality of the chairs is really what amazed me. Their zero-gravity chair is effortless to recline and, well, unrecline. The wood and veneers used are also very nice. The beechwood based recliners are meant to be very flexible, yet resilient, and there are some tables that have some great veneer patterns. It's always very cozy when you walk in, and all of the staff is extremely nice. There are some expanding tables that have some interesting action. They'll be more than happy to demo them for you.

I was also charged $175 for traveling (the office is two blocks away and their storage is less than half a mile away). This charge was not communicated to me on the front end. I was also charged quite a bit for taking the track lighting down. This charge makes sense, but it should have been told to me on the front end.

Chris was very responsive; he came to check out the job very quickly and they were able to fit me in that day to help me get my power back on sooner. Chris went above and beyond, helping me find a company that could quickly clean up the debris from the tree and showing me how to open my garage door manually. His colleague did a great job explaining the work that was done and letting me know what to expect next with the inspector. I will gladly call these guys again the next time I need an electrician.

I inquired about the date of the installation in April since the ground was beginning to thaw. Kevin asked me which light fixture I wanted and told me that it would be installed in 2 weeks. Awesome! Fast forward a couple weeks to the middle of May and I still hadn't heard from Kevin. I texted Kevin for an update and was told that the light was ordered and it should be installed in 14 days. I asked if it was 14 days from the date that it was ordered and I was told, "I believe so". First of all, how do you not know when the light will be installed and second, why was the light fixture just ordered when I sent you my selection 3 weeks prior?! Also, if you don't know the timeline shouldn't you find out and relay that information back to the customer? At this point I was beyond frustrated. I called this past Monday to speak to someone else because I couldn't believe Kevin's lack of communication and The vague answers I was receiving when he did reply to me. I spoke to Brian who was very apologetic and stated that he would reach out to Kevin to get this matter taken care of. Fast forward to Weds and I still hadn't heard from Kevin or Brian. I texted Kevin that we were cancelling our job because the entire process has been incredibly frustrating. Someone did call later that day but I was too busy at work to answer and they didn't leave a voicemail so I have no clue who called me. It's now Friday and I still haven't heard from Kevin or Brian. I guess my job is of little importance since it's less than $1000. It's such a shame because we are planning on more extensive outdoor lighting which will cost far more than $1000 but given the lack of communication and professionalism we will not be considering World Class Outdoor Lighting nor will I recommend them to my friends and co-workers.

They were the place closest to us so we called. They provided us with rush service considering the issue and timing and explained the best way to fix the issue and did so in a very timely fashion. This time, we had issues with our doorbell. Jeff R. came out within the time promised. He was very nice and respectful. We sorted out the issue, it was fixed in an hour, and the charge was the minimum at $165. Overall, two great experiences with Best Electric!

This has just been a mess since the beginning. Best was contracted by the people we used to replace…read morethe siding. He showed up sporadically, and was awkward and unprofessional. The first time was okay, I let him inside (during COVID) even though he was doing outdoor work so he could see the space. He never wore a mask, didn't even have one, and no shoe covers either. The next time I asked him to wear a mask and I had to provide one to him. The next time (yes, this has been almost two months and the project still isn't complete) he showed up to the job with a dead drill? He needed to plug it into my house to charge, and then just sat in his van half an hour letting it juice up. We wanted two over-door lights and two outdoor outlets put in. He would leave siding open on the house showing the insulation and then leave for days at a time, even during rain storms. The last time he came over he slammed so hard that the plaster wall cracked INSIDE the house! We had two switches to be fixed inside, he did one then sat down and said he was too tired for the day and needed to go home. So he just.... left? Still hasn't been fixed. Now it's been three and a half weeks since he "finished" the project and guess what? The switches for the outdoor lights are swapped. One side of the duplex controls the other side's outdoor lights and vice versa. We've been calling this whole time to get him to return and fix the work, but no one has showed up.
