They were less expensive than another company I looked at so I decided to go with them and they did a great job! One of the light fixtures I bought was broken (unknown to me) and they didn't even tell me until later that they went to get a replacement for me and didn't charge me for it! Admittedly they were unsure if they broke it, but either way it was nice that they took care of it without needing me to go get and pay for the replacement. They even vacuumed after themselves to clean up. Could not recommend more!

I then used chat on the website who offered me a date a week or two out. This was unacceptable for an emergency after having a lightning strike. The system that Current Electric uses is very flawed, so don't expect to get emergency service from them. I have used them before and spent thousands of dollars on upgrades but will think twice before using them again.

They also ripped a piece of my flooring and denied doing it. I asked for a discount because of the wrong outlet and The ripped floor and it was like pulling teeth. Asked for a $200 discount, but the owner only offered a $100 discount. Then he got aggressive and said "if you don't give me my money I will never be back to your house".

I have been dealing with this nightmare for 1 1/2 years now. I hired Two Day to paint my newly…read morepurchased house in Fall of 2024. They sent clueless subcontractors who spoke no English, and caused extensive damage to my home. Two Day has refused many requests to fix anything unless I pay them in full first - leaving my new home in horrible shape all this time. They used a wood stain(NOT rated for metal, per the MDS) on all the metal downspouts, gutters, and patio door causing immediate and extensive bubbling/peeling of the paint. A proper fix would require everything to be completely striped and redone with a properly rated product, and the labor cost of doing so would be enormous. No other contractors I talked to wanted to touch it and recommended full replacement. My quoted replacement costs for the damaged items is just shy of $25,000! Two Day is now trying to sue me for full payment plus ridiculous fees and interest, while shirking any and all responsibility. It is due to a small clause in the contract that states "All disputes will go through NARI mediation and arbitration" that they have avoided taking any responsibility thus far. What the contract doesn't say, is that going through NARI(National Association Remodeling Industry), which Two Day is a member of, requires a $2000 non-refundable upfront fee! There is no way I was going to hand over an additional $2000 to their questionably 'unbiased' member organization just to get them to fix their mistakes and satisfy the original contract. As I refused to pay the $2000, Two Day and NARI conducted some kind of kangaroo arbitration hearing without me present, refusing to allow any of my evidence of their negligence and damage. The arbitrator only heard Two Day's lies and omissions and ruled in their favor. Don't make the same mistakes I did. Stay FAR away from Two Day Painting, and for that matter anyone whose contract demands that disputes must go through NARI's $2000 Clown Court. ------------------------- Re: Garret's response on April 8th I've never worked with you Garret on this matter. You haven't been out to my house to see the results. But I think the photos paint a pretty clear picture for everyone. The fact that you can't refute any of my points is also very telling for all. Despite the weaselly way you try to reword things and frame them in your favor, it's all essentially just lies by omission. Because you know full well: 1) You used a wood-only stain on the metal parts of my house against manufacturer specifications. Your negligence here is clearly documented. 2) All of your 'generous offers' were contingent on you getting paid in full first. As if I am foolish enough to give up all my leverage and just trust a company that has already demonstrated extreme negligence and damaged my property. 3) I absolutely did NOT ever refuse to participate in the mediation or present evidence. I refused to pay a surprise $2000 non-refundable fee to NARI that was never disclosed in your contract(you REALLY should!) - and because of that I WAS BARRED from showing up and presenting any of my extensive evidence. Why would someone throw away another $2000? When the best possible outcome would be NARI forcing you to send the same terrible workers of questionable legal status back out and hoping for a better outcome this time. Your MO is clear. Promise anything verbally - do everything you can to avoid it being documented in writing. Send the cheapest bargain basement subcontractors to do a rushed job. Then use your warranty to hold over dissatisfied customers heads so they don't complain or leave you bad reviews - because they already paid you in full and they are just hoping you will show some shred of decency and professionalism and maybe fix some things. If you had any at all, you would understand that it is unethical to negligently damage someones house using improper products for the material getting painted and then demand full payment before you will even attempt to fix it. You would understand that it is unethical to just ignore multiple items that were promised in the contract and in writing that objectively and admittedly went unfulfilled - and then demand full payment. As far as me "honoring the court's decision" - you know full well no such decision has been made because the matter has yet to see a courtroom. NARI's one-sided $2000 pay-to-play arbitration hearing is not court. I hope you can reflect on this and do the right thing Garret. I'll offer you the benefit of the doubt since it's possible you were not provided full information by Eric Rauterberg. But if not, let me be clear: You are not going to get away with this

Dates of service: August 27, 2025…read more I had been struggling to find an electrician that was available and that wouldn't give me an estimate without a trip charge to swap out a ceiling fan that died (looking at you Current Electric...) and came across this interestingly named outfit, Bae's Electric. They responded to my request through Yelp quickly and we scheduled something at a set price ($175) for a few days out, between 8 and 930 am. Ryan asked me to text him the address, which I did, to the number that I had received a text message via Yelp. Fast-forward to the date of service and Ryan called me, very confused, asking if I was the person that wanted a ceiling fan installed. He seemed to have no information about me other than my phone number and the job, but I confirmed this and texted him my address to a different number and he again confirmed the time period. At 953, nearly a half hour after the window, I texted Ryan at the other number, asking if someone was coming. 20 minutes after that, Les arrived. At 11 am, Ryan texted me to ask "Did he make it out there." I confirmed that Les was here. I want to say that Les was very nice, but this is where things really went downhill. He struggled to find the right breaker for the bedroom where the fan was to be replaced and ultimately had most of the house turned off while he worked. In his defense, the panel is older and not well-labeled. Had he been on time, I could have helped him test which one was the correct one, but given his tardiness, I had meetings to dial into for you. Thankfully I had a hotspot I could use while I worked without internet. After my meeting, I stopped down to check on Les, standing on my bed, with his shoes still on. To a certain extent, I get it, the bed is large for the room, but that seemed like a poor choice to make, in my opinion. He said he was good and I told him that I was free of meetings for a while if he needed anything from me. Two hours later he came to see me, sweaty and defeated. He said he could not figure out how to install the fan (an Atomi ceiling fan from Costco, one that our neighbors behind us had installed in 90 minutes from another company) and that Ryan would be calling me. Les left the ceiling fan box on my bed, parts and garbage from the box spread out across my dresser, parts on the floor, and the old ceiling fan in the middle of the dining room. After he left, I noticed that he also left a stain on our driveway. Ryan called later and apologized for the issue but said he wasn't sure when he could be out. He offered late that evening, but that time didn't work for us so he said unless he had a cancellation, it would be "sometime this weekend." Part of my expected not to hear from him again. Three days later, on Saturday morning, Ryan texts me to confirm him coming at 11 a.m. I told him that he hadn't provided a time but 11 was fine. He then asked to change it to Sunday between 10 and 11. I told him that I could just find someone else to do this work and he responded that "today was fine, it sounded like you had something going on." At this point it felt like I was in an SNL skit and I reiterated that this had been a terrible experience and I would find someone else, between the mess and the stain in our driveway. Ryan replied, "That's fine." Update: Ryan came back and did the install at no cost. He also offered us a GFCI outlet with USB ports, but it wasn't something we necessarily needed but we thanked him for the offer. I did appreciate him trying to make the experience better and have revised my review accordingly.

We thought about trying to do it ourselves with a blower but so glad we had them come out because we had a birds nest in our vent for a long time - huge fire hazard. Thank goodness we had a smart dryer that stopped working because of the clog. It would've been super cool if they were able to put on a cover/cage so the birds didn't come back again because we don't have a ladder that's tall enough. Obviously outside of their scope but might be something to consider for an extra price.

We called master electrician Dan Merkel after reading his positive reviews on social media, and are so glad we did! What started out as a routine service call to determine why the outlet for our microwave oven had stopped working led to the discovery that the kitchen had been poorly wired by the previous owners during a do-it-yourself remodeling project; the kitchen needed to be rewired. The electrical panel in the basement was examined next, and Dan discovered that behind the panel there was not only rust and corrosion, but some melting of components, indicating that a fire had likely occurred in the panel. I am so grateful that Dan was thorough in his inspection. We agreed to have the kitchen work done and circuit breaker panel replaced, and that was done the very next day. Dan and his crew of highly competent professionals were pleasant and respectful to us and of our property. It is such a good feeling to have found a competent and ethical electrician, and to know that we can put our trust in him for our future electrical needs. The owner did a site visit right away to work up a quote and identified a couple of serious safety hazards (NOT identified by our former electricians). He got us on the schedule quickly and sent Nick and Kayla, who did excellent work, were courteous, efficient and professional, explained everything clearly, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. We hired them for a punch list of items in our house: replace an exterior outlet, troubleshoot an issue with the outlet serving our above-range microwave, add an outlet to our kitchen island, move a ceiling junction box and add another, and install our pot rack lighting fixture. Not only did Nick and Kayla do everything on our list and resolve the safety issues found by the owner, but noticed and pointed out an issue in our basement totally unrelated to their work. We highly recommend Spark Shark and Dan Merkel. We have an old and large house. We had no lights in two places in our house. We had another electrician come initially. He struggled to find a solution. After two hours he proposed returning to do more diagnostic work and suggested three options, all of which were quite expensive. Dan came and within an hour he identified the problems with both situations and fixed them. The cost was far less than the other electrician's least expensive option. He explained the issues clearly. My guess is that he needed some additional access into the ceiling, but there's no way it needed to be a six inch hole. I was also charged $175 for traveling (the office is two blocks away and their storage is less than half a mile away). This charge was not communicated to me on the front end. I was also charged quite a bit for taking the track lighting down. This charge makes sense, but it should have been told to me on the front end.

Chris went above and beyond, helping me find a company that could quickly clean up the debris from the tree and showing me how to open my garage door manually. His colleague did a great job explaining the work that was done and letting me know what to expect next with the inspector. I will gladly call these guys again the next time I need an electrician.

Called Ramirez Electrical Solutions today for an emergency electrical repair. I had a power switch…read morethat was sparking inside the box. Ken, one of the owners came for the estimate and was enjoyable to work with. He explained things very well and made excellent suggestions. The estimate was very reasonable and clear. Patrick, the electrician, arrived at the agreed upon time and got right to work. He paid close attention to detail and worked quietly and efficiently. He was also enjoyable to work with and explained thing very well. Ultimately, Ken and Patrick were able to save us approximately $400 because their tests indicated that we did not need a power upgrade as we first thought. Partick finished on time and the work was excellent. As a little added bonus, Ken dropped by about half way through the process to inspect Patrick's work and dropped off some chocolates because he said it would help relieve some of the stress of having the work done. Overall our experience with KWK was very positive and I highly recommend this company. Thank you KWK!

He replaced a heating element and the charge was extremely reasonable. I was so impressed that with his promptness, work, and price that I made a note to use him exclusively, This week the water heater stopped working again. It is 15 years old and the life expectancy of water heaters is 10-15 years, so I thought I would have to replace it. I went to Home Depot which referred me to a service company 300 miles away. They said an electrical permit and an electrician would be required -- true, if it is a NEW installation. The extra $450 made me balk. I decide to call Clear Flo again, figuring there was always a chance that it might be something that could be repaired. Bryan made an appointment, called to say he would be a few minutes late. When he arrived, he immediately checked the circuit breaker (my first guess, too), then removed a small panel on the water heater, pushed a red button, and the problem was solved. Total charge: $0. Fantastic. I only wish I had more problems for him to solve
