Affordable, safe and conveniently located in the heart of downtown Bradenton. Easy to walk to restaurants/events.

Okay first thing I want to say about this stadium is make sure you bring a hat, a fan and drink…read morelots of water before you go to any game year. While the stadium is decent size. There is very limited covering for shade. I love that they have various types of concessions around the ballpark. And you can buy souvenirs for their home team. Right near the entrance/ exit. Stadium itself is in good shape. Entertainment during the changing of the innings for fun and engaging. I came here for one of the spring training games and definitely will be back. Parking is interesting as the stadium is in the middle of a neighborhood. So plan accordingly before you go. There is a mix of paid parking and street parking around the area but with the size of the stadium that parking can get filled rather quickly. Note e if you stand right outside of the stadium, there's a likelihood that you could catch a foul ball right on the street. I witnessed that firsthand as I was leaving the stadium and one of the vendors straight up caught a a fly ball coming over the stadium wall with his bare hands. It was quite a sight to see. I feel bad for any cars driving by during that time though.

That is where he likes to sit and watch the game, so that is what we do. Except from being far from the food, I like it out there too. We brought cousin's from North Carolina for a game and they were shocked we were able to just walk up and get tickets on game day and have a cheap baseball night activity with the kids. 13.01.2026

In addition, I received correspondence in a timely manner. Thank you to Manatee Diagnostic Center for being a model on how medical offices should be run!

The week after my dense breast ultrasound, I broke my foot and ankle after falling from a ladder. Medical expenses were piling up quickly, and my co-pay for this appointment was a few hundred dollars, which we were struggling to gather. So, I wasn't in the right mindset for this at all! Despite my reluctance, I had some great conversations with the staff, who tried to convince me to come in. Two women said, "Dawn, we're the same age, and we understand! But please let Dr. Hendricks check you out; you'll love him; he's the best." Eventually, Melissa and another wonderful lady with a British accent (I apologize for not remembering her name) persuaded me to go. After many tears and prayers, I made the appointment. I met Mackenzie and another friendly ultrasound technician who spoke with me and eased my mind while we waited for the angel, Dr. Hendricks, to enter the room. When he came in, he was all smiles, warm, and genuinely concerned about my worries. That was so refreshing! During my exam, we discovered two masses; one was clearly a cyst, but the other was questionable. He attempted to biopsy the questionable mass, but it vanished right before our eyes as he diligently searched for it. We witnessed a miracle that day. He was honest and kind enough to inform me that, in good faith, he wouldn't charge me for the visit since there was nothing to send to pathology. My visit and co-pay were refunded to me! He also scheduled a follow-up ultrasound in three weeks to double-check, again at no cost. The miracle continues: I do not have breast cancer! As a praying woman, I truly believe that Dr. Hendricks was the answer to my prayers. The honesty, compassion, and concern he showed me will be forever remembered. For the past four months, I have been using RSO oil as a medical marijuana patient since I was initially told I might have breast cancer. Natural remedies, along with meditation and daily prayer, have been essential for me. Best wishes to all of you!
