Hyper Flow Service - Completed water service replacement, ready for re-sod

    Hyper Flow Service

Hyper Flow Service has been my trusted plumbers since 2021, for the past 4.5+ years. The owner,…read moreKyle, has also referred me to my equally trustworthy HVAC/Electrician, ArkEHC, and I couldn't be happier! I've worked with David, Jacob, Brian, and James, and can't speak more highly of all of them! They've all helped me in various ways, the past few years, during both emergencies and routine maintenance. It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes. Great work, great value, and - most of all - I trust them & their work.

CMH Concrete - This is the finished concrete pour from CMH, horrible final product that they attempted to 'fix' with concrete paint.

This is a somewhat difficult review I'm writing but I feel it needs to be published nonetheless…read more CMH has some very good concrete finishers working for them. Truly experienced and professional. I will not say anything bad about them. The problems with the company as I see it were that they were busy with a big job up in Greeley and possibly others last year and they were juggling work loads and crews all over and this led to poor supervision and rushed last minute scheduling including very poor communication. I paid the highest amount ever for a back yard patio and felt as if I had to be the on site and behind the scene as a general contractor at my own home. I worked my you know what off getting the job done and frankly, we're still disappointed in the final product! The company did not use Brannan, the concrete supplier's delivery truck for the supply of concrete, CMH rather used their own, which led to a very poor quality color mix to be delivered and upon drying, the finished product color looked horrible! Repeated calls to CMH were a complete hassle and while they finally returned and inspected the patio, twice they attempted to seal the patio with colorized sealant. I had the main concrete supplier, Brannan, come to the house and they agreed that the final product was flawed due to CMH cutting corners to deliver the product themselves. If I were to have more concrete work done, I would use another concrete construction company! I hesitated writing this review for almost a year but after having spent six thousand dollars for a small patio and seeing the time and effort on my part and the finished product, I did not get my money's worth, far from it! Look at the posted pictures and see for yourself. Find yourself a better company to do business with!

He was easy to work with, reliable, and communicated well. Best of all, his work was top-notch. We solicited two other bids and he beat them both on price, and came sooner than they did. I didn't take a "before" picture", but wish I had. Place looks completely different, and you can't see the expertly laid-in drainage. He even spread the half-yard of leftover topsoil in our front yard and evened it out. This was not agreed to, he went above and beyond. I've seen others comment about waiting for him to get back about an estimate - He's a one-man operation and you may need to be a bit flexible on communication as he's his own scheduler, business manager, and worker. I found his communication just fine. Really glad I found JR.

JR came in and had the whole job done in about 45 minutes. Not a scrape on the remaining structures, and he tidied up nicely afterwords. Not only that, but he came in under what he quoted us on the phone. He was professional, on time, and extremely polite. We would recommend him without hesitation, and will most likely use him to remove our driveway when the time comes. FIVE STARS!!!!!
