Newly moved to oakville and went to the closest nail salon, this one. Did my due diligence by…read morecalling in and booking an appointment and being very clear (repeating a few times on the phone) that l will get getting a shellac pedicure and full set biogel nails. When I get there, exactly right on time, there is no one waiting but all nail technicians were working on customers' nails. I patiently sat down. One young woman asked if Its my first time here. I replied with a 'yes.' She then informed me that if I want to save tax, I could pay with cash. I said I didn't have any, to which she informed me that the longos in the same plaza does cash back. I rushed to go get $140 for my services. I come back & there are four ladies now in the seats waiting to be seen. I am brought over a few minutes later to soak my feet in the pedicure chair... But all four other woman... had their services started on before I was even seen to. No apologies. Nothing. When I asked why others were serviced before I, even though I had an appointment and got here before all four of the other customers.... I was told "oh you'll be seen shortly. This customer is just getting her colour changed." And then they acted like all of a sudden, English was a toughie to respond in... properly. And that is just very bad customer service. Utterly unfair. What was the point of making an appointment? Was it because I look far younger than my age & ethnic and the other ladies were all middle aged white woman? Complete BS. Don't bother going here. Go somewhere where people appreciate your business. These ladies here couldn't even cough up an apology.

If you need a relaxing day to unwind and get your nails done, do not go here. First off, the lady who did my nails attached the fake nails that were too small. I told her it feels a little tight. My fingers hurt and I need to go find a new salon to get these removed ASAP. I kept telling the lady I would like short nails because I work with children. Every time I reminded her, she seemed to get frustrated. The shape of my nails are awful and the layer of biogel is uneven. The lady doing my nails was trying her best but she needs more training. This was such a waste of 73$. I'm very upset with not only how my nails turned out but how I was treated in the salon. Please do not waste your time and money here! It was a horrible experience

I was in need of a pedicure to unleash my toes for the rest of the summer season. I was able to use…read moretheir online booking system to request an appointment. I found out that there were 2 locations through this so if you're trying to get a session here, select the Kerr Street location. I had to wait for an email confirmation before my pedicure time slot was approved. The one thing I couldn't do online was book multiple appointments for the same time. I was originally hoping to come with a friend. The lot that is next to the building is actually for the orthodontist so you'll have to park along the street in front of the salon. I didn't realize this at first so I had to move my car. I also don't carry change with me but the receptionist was kind of enough to give me a few quarters to feed the meter. I was the first appointment in the morning at 10am and they had everything set up and ready for me. They did have a lot of colours to choose from and it was impressive that they knew the names of the colours too! The massage chair was really nice. I've never been to a place with one where even the seat where your butt goes inflates and stuff. My technician was awesome. She took her time with the polish application and made sure to clean up any areas that were messy. My feet felt great after this and looked even better. The prices were really reasonable so I will definitely be back in the future.
