If you need a relaxing day to unwind and get your nails done, do not go here. First off, the lady who did my nails attached the fake nails that were too small. I told her it feels a little tight. My fingers hurt and I need to go find a new salon to get these removed ASAP. I kept telling the lady I would like short nails because I work with children. Every time I reminded her, she seemed to get frustrated. The shape of my nails are awful and the layer of biogel is uneven. The lady doing my nails was trying her best but she needs more training. This was such a waste of 73$. I'm very upset with not only how my nails turned out but how I was treated in the salon. Please do not waste your time and money here! It was a horrible experience

I've been coming here for over two decades and have always had great service but Mindy definitely made the biggest difference. I highly recommend the services here and couldn't recommend Mindy enough. I've never had a basic service such as a pedicure leave such a lasting impression on me. I found out that there were 2 locations through this so if you're trying to get a session here, select the Kerr Street location. I had to wait for an email confirmation before my pedicure time slot was approved. The one thing I couldn't do online was book multiple appointments for the same time. I was originally hoping to come with a friend. The lot that is next to the building is actually for the orthodontist so you'll have to park along the street in front of the salon. I didn't realize this at first so I had to move my car. I also don't carry change with me but the receptionist was kind of enough to give me a few quarters to feed the meter. I was the first appointment in the morning at 10am and they had everything set up and ready for me. They did have a lot of colours to choose from and it was impressive that they knew the names of the colours too! The massage chair was really nice. I've never been to a place with one where even the seat where your butt goes inflates and stuff. My technician was awesome. She took her time with the polish application and made sure to clean up any areas that were messy. My feet felt great after this and looked even better. The prices were really reasonable so I will definitely be back in the future.

I thought that I would try one of the "Best Nail Salons" ie highest rated ones and realized that Pretty Nails is a gem. They do a really thorough job with a gel nail including the cuticles. They spend more time and steps and are more detail oriented. Conditions are very sanitary. Prices are good. I've had all the operators at one time or another and they all do good work. I highly recommend it.
