I came with my dog. Awesome place, has outhouses instead of permanent restrooms. There are three large pavilions with concrete picnic tables and benches. The largest pavilion near the entrance has electric outlets so you can plug something in, plus it is nice and sturdy, good place to hide from the rain. There are also three BBQ pits here for a cookout. Nice place.Boat Ramp Open 24 hours. FYI ALLIGATORS ARE IN THE AREA, THERE ARE NO SIGNS POSTED, BUT THERE ARE ALLIGATORS, SNAKES,AND BULL SHARKS IN MOBILE BAY. Also, Mobile Bay is very shallow, no diving recommended.

We also ran up on a baby cotton mouth on the trail, so keep your eyes open! I think there is public parking available on mobile st so you wouldn't have to hike the full way to get to the beach. I didn't know this until afterwards.

The park has lovely restrooms, beautiful lagoon views and, if course, is on the waters edge, sweet! It's also referred to as Little Lagoon Park by many but it,'s officially Mo's Landing. There's two easily accessible boat launches 100'+ piers and plenty parking reserved for vehicles with trailers. Plenty additional parking is available at the head of the park just a couple hundred yards from the water. Kayaks also are a favorite here as Little Lagoon is a popular place for seadoo's, paddle board, etc. Lagoon Park was built on a pair of privately owned sites purchased by the City of Gulf Shores, where a convenience store and private boat launch known as Mo's Landing and RV Park used to be. The park is 1.8 miles west of Highway 59 on Fort Morgan Road (Highway 180).  The restroom deck overlooking the Lagoon provides a good resting point for cyclists, walkers, and joggers on the 5.3 mile paved bike path and walking trail that winds between the trees on the north side of Fort Morgan Road. Two concrete boat ramps, parking for both vehicles and boat trailers, and restrooms are available for public use. In addition to the public boat ramps that provide access for fishing, sports, and recreational boating, the park also provides a fine access point for kayaks and canoes to the north shores of Little Lagoon, which are characterized by single family homes in pine tree sheltered properties with piers and boathouses extending into the shallow waters. Bottom line: This is a very relaxing and scenic spot off the beaten path. No beaches but plenty of edge of water chillaxing. Note: it's pretty busy right now during the Covid-19 situation 4/25/20

Inside…read moreof Five Rivers Delta Center, kayak canoe launch with restroom facilities, large parking lot. You can drive around behind the restroom facility to unload your kayak. Handicapped accessible parking directly in front of launch. Very quiet and scenic. It is wintertime & cold, so I did not get to see the normal wildlife like turtles and alligators, beavers. Tons of birds. Launch is only open from 8AM to 5PM daily. Nature Center is also a short stroll away.

Parking and access were easy, and the whole area feels peaceful compared to more touristy beaches. A perfect place to relax for a few hours.

Across from The Austal Ship Yard. Off of the Mobile River. Large promenade to walk on. Nice view of Downtown Mobile.
