This review is about a year and a half late, as Brian did our wedding in June of 2013, but that doesn't change the fact that he turned out some of the best possible photographs my wife and I could've asked for! From the very beginning, Brian was very friendly and helpful as far as working with us during the planning stage. We didn't know much going into it, except that we needed a photographer and that we were on a budget. Well, we got much more than we bargained for! I'm into lifted trucks and four wheeling and it just so happened that Brian also has a passion for cars/ trucks and taking pictures of them. On the way into the wedding they took moving shots of my groomsman and I driving down the highway and into the dirt lot at the wedding. All of them turned out spectacular, and they made us look way cooler than we actually were, which is a big bonus. At the wedding they didn't miss a beat throughout the ceremony and reception, and were always at the right place at the right time. I'm still amazed at how they were able to caption some of the action packed moments during the reception. As if this all wasn't enough, they also compiled a short video for us that we didn't even pay for! Not only did they take thousands of pictures, and fill up 3 SD cards (I think that was the number) but they were absolutely amazing and fun to be around the entire time! It was like we invited them to the wedding and they just so happened to be excellent photographers. That being said, if you like anti-social, business-only-no-fun individuals who act like they hate their job you and want to feel like your being awkwardly put on the spot at your wedding, do not call Brian. However, if you like fun, down-to-earth, yet still professional, productive, folks to come to your wedding who are excellent photographers and videographers then you should definitely call Brian! I met Brian when I was searching for a photographer for my wedding. He took his time answering all my questions and really listened to what I wanted. Our conversation went so well on the phone that I booked him for my wedding and we became great friends. We had a traditional Indian wedding that lasted 4 days. It was a lot of hard work but Brian did a great job! The events lasted a lot longer than I had originally told him and he completely understood and kept on shooting. We had a few things go wrong during the wedding...like all weddings... and Brian helped handle them just like a family member. He did such a great job with our wedding that we ended up hiring Brian and Jessica to cover my sisters engagement which was also a traditional Indian event. Brian is one of the first photographers I've had the pleasure to shoot with. We did a galavanting trip around the SOMA area of SF to get some quality headshots for my DJ stuffs. He was on time and very professional, and more importantly made me feel super comfortable in front of the lens and gave great feedback on help with posing etc to make better images. Brian also shot events for my company Opel Productions, low light club images are hard to get and he always did a stellar job. Also key to all of this is his turnaround time was occasionally less than 24 hours!! AMAZING.
