Cinnamon roll (GF/DF) Pop tart (GF/DF)

SO good!! An absolute must-stop!! Wish we had more time to go here more often!! The pop tart was flakey, sweet, buttery, and delicious!! I thought I'd never have a cinnamon roll again and this place proved me wrong! Sweet, cinnamony, rich, and bready!! Honestly, if it wasn't in the name, I wouldn't have known this was allergy free!! The textures on both desserts I got were perfect!! Staff was super friendly and the merch was super cute!!

I'm about an hour and a half south, so we have nothing available that's safe for someone with celiac. I had a weekend in Atlanta, and absolutely spoiled myself with food. I'm so glad I found "hell yeah gluten free"! I arrived around 11 on a Sunday and there was still plenty of items left. I was able to get an egg & cheese biscuit, the butternut sage scone, apple pie pop-tart, pumpkin brittle donut & a pastelito. The biscuit: it was so buttery and delicious. I haven't had a biscuit this good in so long. I was in heaven as I ate it! Butternut Scone: ohhh the flavors!! There's so many flavors in this and it's the best savory scone I've had, I should've bought more than one. Apple pie pop-tart: oh my, the flakiness... the crunch.. the flavor! Everything was a hit on this. I also make my own pop tarts, but this was superb. The apple pie mixture in the middle was perfectly spiced. The frosting on top was the right amount of flavor and creaminess, too. Pumpkin Brittle Donut: definitely a cake donut of course, but it was HUGE. The flavor was incredible and the topping adding a nice crunch that I enjoy in my goods. Well worth it. Pastelito: so crunchy, so good. The center was the guava/cheese center and it was all balanced so nicely. Needless to say I ate nothing else the rest of the day once I got home. Even my husband who can have gluten was enjoying the couple of bites I allowed him, haha.

You can tell that this place is busy and popular because they close shop early in the day. And even if you show up before they close, many of the items are sold out. So stop by early! Note that it's situated in a strip mall and has a no-frills takeout vibe...it's not really meant to be a sit down venue Had a few items. The vegan curry turnover was awesome. Really enjoyed the texture and healthy contents. Also had the Samoa brownie, which was really good, particularly the chocolate portion, though I thought the coconut glaze on top was too sugary. The vegan biscuit and egg & cheese sandwich were filling but nothing special in my view. Will be happy to go back and try other items. I want to get their chocolate donut.

OMFG!! There are not enough adjectives or verbs to convey my feelings about this place. Their savory and sweet items are so delicious and taste freshly made. I am always stalking gluten-free bakeries around the globe so I am ecstatic that this is a 30 minute drive from my house. You have my undying love and devotion. I can't wait for my partner to order my birthday cake from here. This place reminds me so much of the vegan bakery in LA called Just What I Kneaded.

I got a strawberry pop tart and a buttermilk biscuit. I enjoyed both and saw a lot of US back in the kitchen. I feel the spirit of the ancestors with this spot. My biscuit had a great texture and flavor. I can't wait to go back and try the donuts, cinnamon roll and a sandwich on one of them biscuits.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would, the pastries are just that dynamic. The vegan chocolate coffee donut was so moist, it really tastes more like cake but I'm not complaining. The apple pie pop tarts were also very tasty, but the best thing I tried were the lentil curry pies. Soooo flavorful, they definitely caught me by surprise. It's a quaint little shop and when I went, i believe they only let 3 people in at a time so a line can build up pretty quickly, just something to be mindful of

I am in love with the place! We got the vegan breakfast biscuit and the sausage cheese and egg biscuit. They were both amazing. I haven't had a biscuit in over a decade, and this one was so amazing I went back get another to take back to Boston. The vegan meat was good and my boyfriend enjoyed the sausage egg and cheese biscuit although he wasn't a huge fan of the egg. The funfetti donut and the double chocolate donuts were both really good, moist and tasted fresh. The spot isn't far from downtown, so I plan to come each time I visit Atlanta. The staff were kind and helpful. I highly recommend for the gluten free crowd!

Gluten agrees with me but Hell Yea is just a really f*cking good bakery. All their stuff is gluten free and they also have some stuff that's dairy free and others that are vegan. They're clearly labeled. I definitely recommend going early because they do run out of stuff and the line can be pretty long. However, it is worth it! I got the following: 1.) vegan curry turnover Delicious. Tastes kinda like a samosa. 10/10 would get again 2.) blueberry cream cheese Danish Good sh*t 3.) earl grey scone The consistency is spot on for the scone and the earl grey taste is in the icing. Very yummy

If you get a chance to check this place out, it is worth it. The food is worth the hype in my opinion. The treats are a pretty decent size and you'll forget that they're gluten free. I had a variety of treats like the oatmeal cream pie and curry turnover. Each one delivered! The place is pretty small and is an in and out situation. Quick tips that'll help: Go as early as possible. There will be a line so be prepared to wait (even before opening). I wouldn't come on a busy day if I'm in a rush. Things sell out fast. Very fast. Have a few things in mind just case what you wanted sold out after you waited in line. Check out their IG before you go. Most of the time they'll post closings, time changes, menu info, etc. ahead of time. Parking will get crowded. The earlier the better! Overall the staff is really kind, and I plan on revisiting to try more things.

My son is celiac and he was so happy that we have a a gluten free bakery and try all the treats here. it's a bit pricey but it's totally worth it in our family bc of the risk of C.C too , so basically celiac safe. We've came twice but will be going back soon for another desert run :) Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!!!

I wanted to bring my friend here because she has gluten intolerance, but she also has a nut allergy. Are these products nut free as well? What kind of flour is used?

Are the gluten free items also nut free?

The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I will be back to the sandwich alone!! It didn't take too long for the hot sandwich despite it being nearly closing time on a Saturday. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. The diner itself isn't fancy, and the tables could use some consistent cleaning and clearing. You get plastic tableware and napkins on your own. But it was warm in a cold evening and had plenty of places to sit in the evening. I can imagine it gets pretty packed for lunch. Not sure.

My blood sugar was low and I absolutely could not resist eating the cookie on my way home. Wow.. It was so chewy and delicious. Both flavors come through really nicely. On to the bagels... These are, by far, the best bagels I've had in Atlanta. Honestly, they put the chain bagel spots to shame. The interior is really open and has that beautiful sourdough tang. They're perfectly crusted on the outside and provide a nice base for a spread/schmear. I'm so so impressed. Thank you Evergreen. I'll be back.

The sea salt on top was chef's kiss. The lines move pretty fast. There's nowhere to sit and lounge, so you would need to take these pastries elsewhere to enjoy. The staff is also really nice and patient when my friend and I were trying to decide on pastries. Overall, I think these pastries would do good in an air fryer/oven. After the sampler, I was done desserting. Yep, sampler. Why settle for one flavor when you can try them all? Well, six. Six. I tried six. And each one was excellent. The staffer was patient and helpful in leading me to a mix that would satisfy my desire to be a bit broad in my tastes but never traveling too far from sweet. Savory is not the move when it comes to these treats. My journey to France by way of Atlanta started with chocolate then went to raspberry violette (what???) then I went to the circus with cotton candy. I got a bit traditional with salted caramel, stayed there with nutella and finished up with creme brulee. When I tell you each macaron was better than the first... wow.
