He arranged with them to have a private viewing so we were the only ones there that was really special and kind of them to do. Kyle Youngberg made the experience so fun and exciting! He worked with us to create the ring of my dreams. I knew nothing about diamonds but my fiancé had done some research and could talk to Kyle in diamond terms. They then helped teach me about all the wonders of diamonds. We looked at different diamonds under the microscope and in the sunlight to pick the perfect one! I had to get my ring re-sized after the proposal and they were so helpful once again when we went in to drop it off and pick it up. It only took two days to get it back! We looked under the microscope again so we could see its beauty again and to see the special numbers engraved on the side so we can always make sure we have our diamond. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful here. Love this family owned business!

I didn't want to take that long so I looked at other jewelry stores in the area and found Roth. Took it to them and was treated great with the in store jeweler completing it while I waited. They said a test to do this would be $200, bla bla bla. They then suggested that yes it was crazy, maybe try Roth Jewelers. When I called Roth I got someone who was helpful and knew what they were talking about, they said bring it in we'll tell you. The pearls were fake, but we ended up taking numerous vintage rings to them for resizing/fixing and they have been nothing but perfect every time. Resizing is generally about $55, they'll clean rings for free and give you an assessment for free (if its real, what stone is what). We had a wedding ring from the 1950s that was so worn the band looked uneven. They had to cut the band and redo that part, but the price was reasonable and the work flawless. I really believe they are the best jewelers in the area.

The jeweler on duty was asked to come consult with us by the woman employee three separate times, but refused, staying off in a corner. I Finally walked up to the jeweler myself and asked him, if we could ask him a few questions about the ring he had done some work on. He said he couldn't take the time because he had to go pick up his daughter at school. Ask yourself if you would like this if it happened to you. Should employees argue with customers? The repair was expensive. The jeweler could've given us a few minutes of his time.

The 3rd watch had a broken link band, plus the inter-workings needed repaired, it was out of our budget range, so my husband told them to throw it on the bone pile. Today my husband got a nice call saying the watch we left behind and did not repair, WAS repaired and keeping good time! When my husband arrived today to pick up the 3rd watch and he was so pleased to see it looking like new; PLUS they took out a link to fit our Grandson's wrist and had repaired the linked band that was originally broken to boot!
