Just add him to the long list of unwanted phone calls that I get on a daily basis. I fully expected Sergio to also ask me about my car's extended warranty. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this a violation of the do not call registry? I guess laws don't apply to you when you are heller the home seller. I called Steve DonTito to express my displeasure with this harassment. He offered to "take me off the phone list". Funny, Steve, I thought that that was what the do not call registry was for. Went to an open house today that started at 4:00pm. Knocked and rang the doorbell at 4:00, waited until 4:06 then called the company. The rep said she'd call the realtor located at the open house. Another person was waiting with me (he was a homeowner in the area that doesn't want to sell his home yet). Eventually I see her walk down the sidewalk at 4:15pm. She lost track of time because she was chatting with a neighbor. Seriously this is such poor form and so unprofessional - after that I would never purchase this home, and I would never use this real estate group to sell anything. they did not present themselves well to the other guy who was waiting too. The home that was listed was insanely priced at $850,000 (shows no client control) and it was dirty - lots of dog poop outside in the backyard that wasn't picked up, lots of rotting apples from the apple tree, the inside of the house was dirty and dusty, frankly it was gross and did not show well. If I were the sellers or listing agent, I would pay for a cleaning service before doing an open house like that. read more

I'm having the same issue as Toni M. from Corinth TX. is having. In 2014 I wanted to list my house and I interviewed several Brokers. Heller was one of them. I didn't choose them at the time. They continued to email me solicitations even though I informed them I chose a listing agent already. It is now October 2017, three years later and I still have not been able to persuade them to stop harassing me via their emails. My suggestion if your looking for an agent in San Diego (probably Texas to) is look elsewhere as these guys have no respect for your privacy. I never met Chris Heller but first contacted the group and got to met Anthony after contacting the Heller home sellers and he got me thinking. After I secured a home in another area, I called him back and soon photos were taken and I met Steve. He was always nice and helpful and patient as it took awhile because clients do not like freeway noise. Escrow was started and Jean was most helpful and organized with the DocuSign etc.. as she guided me through. The Corner Escrow company wasn't very helpful. They left it til the actual closing day to suddenly need a death certificate and other papers. I had moved, no printer, no internet, didn't even know where the post office was to send them mail. My wife and I recently purchased a house that was sold by this real estate company. We paid for a professional inspection prior to entering escrow, and among several issues found included significant rodent contamination in the attic. My wife and I submitted a Request for Repairs to address many of the issues that were identified in the inspection report. The seller, whom this company represented, agreed to take corrective action on all cited discrepancies. Prior to the close of escrow, the seller signed contractual documentation stating that the discrepancies had all been resolved. Shortly after closing escrow, and moving into the house, we found that the seller lied. They performed none of the contractually required cleanup in the attic. Our agent, Jeff Rosa Real Estate, worked countless hours trying to work with both this real estate company and the seller to have them rectify this issue. Both parties verbally, and in writing, stated that they had no intention of resolving this issue and that my wife and I can try taking them to court. We have consulted with, and will likely retain, a real estate attorney who will aggressively take action in civil court to obtain justice for my wife and I. We will be seeking damages for not only the cleanup that needs to be done but for pain and suffering due to the unhealthy living condition left by the seller. Do not use this real estate company as they are only concerned with making money and do not care about the well being of those buying the property they represent. read more
