I am so pleased with the results of my lash lift from Mish Esthetics! I volunteered to be a model for one of Michelle's students and felt so comfortable and in good hands. Michelle and her staff were walking around checking on everyone and the students, it was a really great experience. I'm not sure how they keep getting my review taken down. I don't leave one star reviews often and had a terrible experience at this place and want to warn others not to waste your time and money. I called the morning of to make an appointment for 430 that evening. I told them I would need lash removal as well. When I showed up I had to fill out the same paperwork twice because of a mistake at the front desk I told them what I wanted and showed them a picture and told them what I liked. She said that she's going to use m curl and b curl. Since I'm not a lash tech I asked what that meant and she said b is curly and m is more natural. I close my eyes for three hours only to open them up to these ugly lashes. M CURL IS A LASH THAT LOOKS LIKE IT GOT PRESSED TOO HARD IN AN EYELASH CURLER. Then the front desk person or manager gaslit me said she liked my lashes and said that they can remove them the next day for me and then I said "OK so I'm gonna spend $200 to have no lashes at the end of this" and it wasn't until I started crying that she said that they could remove and fix them tomorrow. It was right before the Christmas Eve and I didn't wanna look like this for the holidays so obviously I was very upset. The owner of the entire business didn't take accountability and she continued to gaslight me in the yelp review and then somehow got it deleted. I just loved this little place in our tiny town of Los Al! It's so convenient...2 min from home! I've never had a lash lift before, but I figured I would give it a try since my own lashes have diminished so much over the years. Extensions don't really look right on me anymore because they're too long and sparse because of my own lashes, so I thought I'd try something new. As a yoga therapist and hot yogi I am always on the go and it's so easy to just be able to throw on a little lip gloss and go. Michelle has such a light hand that I practically fell asleep a minute. I've always been interested in lash lifts because of my straight Asian lashes so this Korean lash lift seemed ideal for me since I don't like the maintenance with extensions.
