I was an hour late my appt was at 10 am they were nice about it but I wanted to reschedule since I had a 1 year old but they insisted I met them at 11 am and not reschedule. When I got there they treated me and my son super nice they allowed him to walk around and were very patient. They told me I would be able to leave with my hair blow dried if I got my haircut. I said ok since at first I didn't mind not paying for the haircut or blow dry but they said I would deserve to have that. Well around 2-3 pm they rushed towards the end ended up just blow drying my bangs and front portion said I had good products to do the rest of blow dry on my own. That she had someone else come in and didn't have time to have me fully blow dried and said she owes me a haircut layers next time. Everything was fine up until the end. So I paid 280 plus I tipped 40 almost 320 for an incomplete service and not leave with my hair like I deserved when I walked out. It was misleading in the end so I won't be coming back. Everything else was ok just the mere fact that I go to a salon to get my hair done for a partial and haircut yet they do a half job towards the end knowing how hard it is to bring a baby. I was disappointed that I had to rush home to blow dry the rest of my hair when I paid $320 to have them Do it. Please don't do this to customers if you don't have time or let them reschedule when they want to avoid these things. I honestly dont like leaving negative reviews. But for the time and money I spent to have my extensions moved up, it was a total waste. I'll start with the positive. I have blonde lift in my hair and my first visit I had my roots lifted. The stylist did a great job with the color. So I came back a second time a month later to have my roots touched up and to have my Invisible Bead Extensions moved up. Unfortunately, five days later my invisible bead extensions came loose while I'm on vacation. Like hanging an inch down loose. So for the rest of my vacation I'm forced to wear hats and my hair in buns to hide the mess. I come back to the salon when I return and they said it was the new thread they were using and I sat there for another two hours (which is way longer than it usually takes) and they moved them back up with different thread. No apologies were given for the inconvenience. Three weeks later...they start coming loose again so I had to go to another salon and pay to have them moved up again. Note: with my previous salon from different city - I usually go 10 weeks before I move them up with NO problems whatsoever. Typically takes an hour to move them up vs two hours at Hello Beautiful. I would recommend this place for color but I would not for invisible bead extensions. read more

I feel bad writing this honest review because the stylist I went to was very nice, but my hair has never looked worse so I want to potentially warn others. I found this salon through Yelp then went to the different Stylist Instagram accounts to pick which one to go based on their example blonde clients. I was excited to try this salon/stylist so I scheduled a full highlight, toner, and haircut. I understand that blondes (tones, etc) are always difficult but never in my life have I had such bad results (~20 years of getting blonde highlights). I provided an inspiration picture which I have used for years with other salons so my hair wasn't that different than what I shared. Unfortunately, I left with what I call leopard spots (orange, blonde, my dark roots), and overall my highlights were poorly applied so I had spots where they weren't even close to the root around my face (in multiple spots). I don't know how to technically/accurately explain the streaks and uniform color on the strands of my hair other than to say it looked really really bad. And the tone was very different than what my inspiration picture had. I went back to the same stylist for a correction appointment and while she was so nice and tried to help, I think it looked almost as bad as before. I left with some correction to the overall unevenness, but now I have new orange-toned streaks and the hair around my face is so damaged. My face and ears also were dyed for a few days. My nice stylist did ask at the end if I wanted her to fix anything else - so in her defense she wanted to make it right. But I was mortified so I ran out of there as fast as I could and will never go back to this salon. I write this review to warn other blondes, that if you want quality and to try limit damage, I don't think this salon is worth the price nor the overall review I see on Yelp. read more

i found this place, and the stylist Gabby, through a co-worker who often would come in with the cutest and most professional hair cuts/color. after seeing my co-worker a couple times post getting her hair done, i had enough, i absolutely had to know who did her hair, and make myself an appointment ! upon entering the salon, i knew this place was legit. what i immediately noticed was that they sell ORIBE products, which, in my opinion, are hands-down the best smelling hair products on the market. i personally own several of their products and use them every day. to this, i was pleased with the salon already. the next thing i noticed was how clean the interior was. i have been to many salons in my lifetime, and i know cleanliness can be a struggle, with all of the hair (and dust/skin particles) flying around, its pretty obvious when a place pays attention to the small details, and when they dont. this place def impressed me! Carla was the stylist that took care of me today and she is a treasure. Really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and worked with me to make it happen. Personally, I'm always concerned that stylists over-cut, and I end up leaving with my hair way shorter than I wanted. Not here, and not with Carla. She cut a little less to be safe, and we kept checking in and deciding if I wanted to take off more until it was exactly where I envisioned. Gabby was incredibly responsive. I appreciated her quick responsiveness and frank answers so I booked my complimentary in person consultation with her. As soon as I walked in to the salon I was greeted by the brightest most welcoming energy from Ramona, the salon's receptionist. I was a bit early to my consultation so I waited, with a glass of wine. At my appointment time, Gabby came over. This is so important for me to mention because I appreciate when stylists are on time to appointments. This may be a reflection on her professionalism as well as the salon's booking system. It seems they have realistic time frames in their online booking system so it helps prevent unnecessary delays. During my consultation, Gabby was professional, honest, and an active listener. After I decided exactly what I wanted done to my hair, she went over the pricing with me, even though it's online. I so appreciate this too because it helps with not getting sticker shock at the end of a hair appointment. And the prices she communicated to me are exactly like the prices shown online on their booking system (BTW: You will get an itemized, yes i-te-mized, receipt at the end of your appointment. Love that there is no vagueness here.) Throughout the treatments I was comfortable. The vibe from the other stylists and staff was so fun and positive. Love the energy at this salon. I have to also say that the chair in the hair washing station was the most comfortable chair I have sat in in all my years of going to hair salons. So, how about the end result? I LOVE MY NEW COLOR AND CUT! LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. This is THE BEST COLOR AND CUT I've had in five years (since I started having my hair dyed). THE BEST!!! The texturized cut is on point for me.
