I felt bad throwing the food away so I gave it away. Another coworker said they would give the meat to their dog. The al pastor tacos were marinated nicely, and there were some pineapple chunks stirred in with the meat. Nothing was greasy or over cooked, and the tortillas held their own! Each one was topped with onions and cilantro, and the inside of the box was garnished with grilled onions and red radishes. You also get red and green salsa, which are spicy, but add a nice touch to your tacos. The green is a blend of jalapeño and I think avocado, so that one is less spicy. If you're wondering if you get plenty of meat, you do! The price of each taco varies around $2.00 each, which is not bad at all!! Overall, I highly recommend checking out this new food truck, and it has a small and simply menu. Besides tacos, you can also get burritos, tortas, sopas, ceviche, nachos, and cheeseburger and fries (I'm not sure why anyone would show up to a taco truck and ask for a burger, but the option is there).
