It would not be out of character for me to wail like an FS Modulator 6024 about a lack of layers in the croissant. Then again, I do not expect a french pastry chef to be working in the back and not pulling their hair out over putting their creation into a waffle iron. That said, the dough was enjoyable and tasty, with the cream and lotus topping being luscious, luxurious, and lickerous. I also greatly appreciate it being cut into bite-sized chunks rather than ending up a croffle salad on my clothes. My one big note: if you don't count the windowsill, there is no seating of any kind within. More than that, the only garbage can is in the foyer. While the staff don't mind if you eat sitting on the windowsill, if you want a proper sit-down experience, you won't find it here.

When I went, I got two scoops of the cereal and milk flavor ice cream in a cone and they made it into a duck or some sort of cute animal. Wow it was adorable! I'd come here alone for the aesthetic, staff and attention to detail they out into their ice creams. Friday and Saturday night expect a line but it's definitely worth it! Unfortunately I did not take a picture as I ate it that fast!
