The owner's mother proceeded to yell at him so much before I even left that he pooped on the floor in the kennel at which point she started yelling at me that I should have had him go outside before I brought him in. Unfortunately we were on our way to catch a train to leave, otherwise I would have left with him then. When I picked him up, he had no food left but had clearly lost weight. I knew before that they gave extra food to their chickens but I would have expected that they let him at least have his food and if not already down, give me the extra. I was also told that he barked constantly. Buddy was not a barker, he did tend to whine a lot but that is different than barking. When we got him home, he was so petrified for a couple of weeks so I don't know what they had done to scare him. It's important to note that the positive reviews were mostly before the current owners bought it.

2024 UPDATE. In April 2022 I brought my puppy here. When I went to pick her up, I was told by the…read morefront desk that her toe is bleeding a little and they think she caught it in the fencing. They brought her out and she would not put any weight on her back right leg. I took her straight to out vet. Her exam and Xrays showed abrasions on her inner right back leg and a fractured tibia. The Xrays were sent to a surgeon who said she needed immediate surgery. They did not call me to tell me she was injured, but instead let me know when I picked her up. They clearly didn't check her over well or watch her or take care of her to miss abrasions and her leg fracture. They half responded to emails from me, have been rude, and taken the stance of not responsible and don't ask us questions. We paid for our puppy to be watched, yet no one can tell us what happened and none of their cameras caught the incident. The one camera, that I know of, that would have shown her hopping on three legs, with an employee present, was not saved and recorded over. Our pup has had to have THREE surgeries and we are over ten thousand in costs. She cannot jump like a normal dog and only uses three of her legs to go up and down steps.

I feel confident in the suggestions that she makes for the plan of care and when I had to leave my cat overnight I wasn't worried. That is another service they offer; if you cannot bring your pet at the scheduled appointment time then you can drop them off before you head to work and come pick them up before their office closes. It is not the cheapest vet in the area but the pricing is still reasonable and you really get what you pay for. I've only started coming here 2 months ago but I will happily return as a loyal customer.
