Not only do…read morethey have a great selection with quality items, everyone is always friendly here and someone almost always stops me to ask if I need help. But this store goes above and beyond in regards to customer service. Just to give an example of what I mean, I ordered a small chest freezer off the Home Depot app and after it was delivered, I unboxed it and saw it was damaged. So I called the store and spoke to James who told me he could give me the number to have someone schedule to pick it up to exchange it or I could just bring it in, which I did. I didn't even need the box. Freezers stock levels were tough, but James not only went out of his way to find me a new freezer, he went to a nearby town to pick it up and bring it back to the store for me! He also refunded my initial delivery fee and sold me the next size up for the same price! Then, when I get the new chest freezer home when wiping out the inside, I notice at the bottom in one of the corners there's a gap. So now I'm worried that when frost builds up and I defrost the freezer water might leaked into that gap. So I text James who is off work but still replies to me, kindly sympathizing and suggests I call the store. I end up talking to the operations manager, Nick Chambers. He offers to swap it out for me or lets me know it would be fine if I wanted to seal it. I agree that I'd like to keep it after everything that happened and that sealing the bottom would be the best choice. So Nick ends up giving me a free professional caulking gun and caulk, a total $30 value. I already thought Home Depot had the best selection and the friendliest staff. But after everything I've experienced with this store, I'm a Home Depot customer for life.

Perfect, stellar, A++++++++++++++…read more Several months before my wedding, I made an appointment where we ended up looking at photobooks and brainstorming for an hour. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable on seasonal availability and longevity of each particular flower. She made it clear that the high price included ordering a few extra flowers for each item in case some had been destroyed in transit. A month later she called me to ballpark the bridal bouquet. I am not a fancy person and I specified during our previous appointment that I would like my bouquet to not be over-the-top. She originally quoted it at $175 but I asked her to drop it to $125. She warned that they might not be able to bring it down that low for what I envisioned but I appreciated her honesty rather than getting a surprise with the bill. I ended up paying over $600 for it as well as about 10 other items for the wedding party. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I was unsure of what to expect for the price paid to such a small local florist. On the day of our wedding, I sent my sister-in-law to fetch the flowers. Everything looked beautiful and was clearly labeled for the correct person. My bouquet was simply a work of art. Everything stood up to the 90 degree heat from noon til 9pm. Lapelles also included two vases for the bridesmaids flowers and a sort of metal clip to hang my bouquet from the edge of the table. That made the reception a lot easier and gave my arms a rest. It was definitely worth the price paid considering the work put in, thoughtfulness, and level of service. I highly recommend this florist, especially if you're having a wedding at Dow Gardens.
