Only to be told unapologetically by the front desk staff "we can no longer see your kids." Evidently they'd overbooked themselves and couldn't accommodate. Overall, this has been a horrible experience and I should have changed dentists ages ago. I didn't mostly due to complacency as we are there infrequently enough that it takes a LOT to bother to change dentists. I would advise going to Dr. Altman or Dr. Stacy in Greenwich. Both are nearby, have kids of their own in the community, are attentive and friendly and have put-together staff -- not to mention top-notch technology and services.
