Love the staff, also never a long wait. The last 2 visits I've had to put info into their new emr system that they have and I figured it would still be there after the first time I did it. Unfortunately I was still being asked for insurance cards etc again on the link they send to sign in. That part was a little frustrating since it's much easier to just hand the insurance card to the front desk so they upload it and obviously have it on file. But honestly that had nothing to do with the care. Love the place for my kids and they love it too. I just hope the medical system kinks get worked out. read more

I brought my kids to Main Street Pediatric Dentistry for years. It's an all female practice including the staff. The hygienists have all been kind and patient with the kids. They take their time to explain what they're about to do and help the kids feel at ease. The doctors are also great. I feel informed about my children's state of care and any necessary follow up actions. The office itself is a fun space. The waiting area has a game room and a tv room. All of the exam rooms are decorated in fun themes. It may seem trivial, but I know my kids are less trepidatious going to the fun dentist. There's also a treasure box of Oriental Trading Company pickings at the conclusion of the exam. However, I did have to change my kids' dentist due to insurance reasons. It wasn't made clear to me that they were out of network and I had to keep paying out of pocket. read more

Dr. Gabby did a baby root canal on my very active and chatty 5 year old son. she did the first one when he was 4. I was so worried that he would have pain with the shot and that he would be in pain and would be scared but he looks like he had a great time the entire time he was in the chair! She was so kind and caring and patient... Majority of the time his hands were in her face try to make her laugh. I have no idea how she could perform the procedure! But she did!!! The facility is absolutely amazing. The kids love going there we could spend hours there playing! All of the staff is great. They're all really nice and you can tell everybody there loves kids.. I would give the six dollars if I could! P.S, I'm also a major germaphobe, this place is so clean! And so sanitary I didn't even feel the need to use hand sanitizer which says a lot for me! read more

This is a a great pediatric dentist office. The circumstances of which I found this office for my two-year-old daughter were not the best, but I'm so happy my pediatrician recommended them, and so glad they were able to accommodate us within such a short notice. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago my daughter took a really bad fall and busted her lip and her nose. I rushed her to her pediatrician and a big chunk of the damage was in the inside of her mouth/lip. My pediatrician recommended that I bring her to a pediatric dentist right away to make sure that she doesn't need any stitches and that there's no permanent damage. Main Street was able to see us right away in an emergency situation. The staff were all very friendly and sensitive to my emotions. Not to mention super gentle with my injured and clearly distraught daughter. The dentist-I believe her name was Dr. Fatina (she was wearing a mask so the only thing that stood out to me was that she had blondish hair and green or blue eyes), was excellent and so good with my daughter. My husband, who came along with us, was super impressed with the office and really liked the whole decor of the place (the young child within clearly came out that day as he was so excited about how kool the office was and loved the whole nautical theme). I noticed it too but being the anxious mom that I am, my main focus was making sure my daughter was ok. Looking back it was pretty kool. I felt like I was in a Sponge Bob Square Pants movie. Everything turned out fine that day and my daughter didn't need any stitches. I really commend the dentist for taking her time to answer all my questions and concerns. She's a young mother herself so I believe she empathized well. The unfortunate part is that they do not take my dental insurance! I had to pay in full for the service (and it was not cheap, then again what type of medical care in America is?) but they were still able to take my dental insurance information and bill them for me for reimbursement. Unfortunately, my dental insurance was only able to reimburse me a very small percentage of the amount I paid for that visit. Because of all this, I probably won't be back, which is unfortunate because I was looking for a pediatric dentist to start bringing my daughter to anyway. Hopefully in the future they will take my insurance or maybe I'll find myself switching to an insurance they do take and I will go back to them. All that being said, I highly recommend this practice. read more

We always have such a great experience at Main Street Pediatric Dentistry. The staff is amazing. They are always so attentive to my children especially my youngest who has special needs. My youngest had to go under general anesthesia for a dental procedure and as parents my husband and I were extremely nervous but Dr Penny came out every 10-15 minutes to give us updates and sat with us to calm our nerves. I wish my dentist had a place like this when I was a kid. Seriously, this place is completely perfect for children. Since they just have to go to the dentist office, why not a place like this. Once inside in the waiting room, you'll find that it's completely designed for children. The waiting room is essentially an underwater-type theme. One small room has a tv to keep kids occupied while another small room has three touch screen video game consoles. Each actual dental room has their own special themes inside - filled with color and can make children comfortable real fast. They give kids their own toothbrushes and sunglasses to wear upon exams. On the way out, kids get to pick up to three little toys up from this large bucket. Make sure you check if they take your insurance ahead of time. We had Dr. Resnick for our son for the times we've been there and she's real professional and is excellent with children. Highly recommended place. read more

I do not recommend this dentist . The office is super cute and the staff there are really friendly; however the dentist that saw my daughter was rude and had no empathy. My daughter is 3 years old and we had a few instances of bitting at school. She is also a sensory seeker so the school recommended taking her to the dentist in case she was in pain. I explained this to the hygienist who then explained to the doctor, which I believe her name is Gabriela in Spanish. The doctor laughed and said it in Spanish "these people are always trying to find excuses". I turned to her and I said "what" in Spanish too, she didn't know I also spoke Spanish and that was super unprofessional. She then looked at my daughter's teeth and said there was nothing wrong with her teeth it was probably a behavioral issue. I would like to state that my daughter has developmental delays and therefore has a stronger sensory need. This dentist should not be a pediatric dentist in any shape or form. She has no empathy for the kids, is unprofessional and rude. I will not be going back there. read more

Main Street Pediatric Dentistry is amazing. Dr. Penny and Dr. Fran are great with kids. My daughter and son love going to Main Street, it is a fun place for them. They have tons of activities for the kids such as games, movies and sometimes they have some sort of entertainment like a magician, face painting etc. In addition, after the dental visit the kids are allowed to pick three toys from a bin. Each room has kids friendly decor. Therefore, Main Street makes going to the dentist fun and my children look forward to going. My daughter who is 6 had a cavity filled by Dr. Fran and she did it quickly. She was constantly talking my daughter through it and even though my daughter cried and was afraid Dr. Fran was very gentle. My son who is 2 recently had his first dental check up and the hygentist was gentle and very patient, my son didn't even cry since he didn't feel afraid. I am glad I found Main Street Dentistry and recommend Main Street to all my friends and family. read more
