I'm going to let you guys in on a little secret...Dell Gross is the best hair colorist in Cincinnati imo. He just recently left Parlour hair salon to start his own business at Salon Lofts, and I've followed him there. I have naturally very dark brown hair, but I'm starting to go gray (yes, I'm 30 years old and going gray). Dell has been coloring my hair for about 2 years now, and he has done an amazing job of blending in my grays with my natural hair color to make my own distinctive look. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair as I have since I started going to Dell. We have tried many different cuts and styles, and lots of different color tones, and all of them have come out amazing. If you want the perfect California-blonde natural but bold balayage or highlight, Dell is your guy. He isn't cheap, but I care about quality over cost when it comes to my hair. Anyhow started off not so great rude stylists and manicurist who works there I should have walked out.My appt. was scheduled for 12:00 had no clue what suite she was in and sat in the waiting area hoping she would acknowledge that I was there and let me know she sould be right with me.I had to look for her she was finishing up and said she said she would be right with me 20 minutes later.I let her know how frustrated I was coming almost a half hour to have a great experience and it was less then that she somewhat apologized and then replied I am getting a bad vibe do you still want me to cut your hair guess I should have left on that note but I said I drove a quite a distance and I need to get a haircut.She sat me down and we consulted it sounded as if we were on the same page but 3 inches later and one of the worst haircuts I beleive I have ever had I was left very thick, unmanagable and uneven stick straight and no style is all I can say. If she didnt want to cut me she could have said so and let me go on my way I felt she puposely messed up my hair because I was upset and let her know my mistake! Now I have to pay someone else to fix my hair.
