Appointment are available online and through text (phone numbers posted on the website). I randomly picked a stylist online for a cut and balayage. Allison C. did a great job on my hair and was very responsive during text. I sent her some inspiration pics and she helped me navigate my style. I went from long to short hair and she took her time showing me how to get the perfect beach style waves. By the end of my appointment, I felt like I made a friend and a new "regular" stylist. The studio itself is adorable! Love the hanging mirrors, super comfy washing chairs and an adorable waiting area full of complimentary coffee, coke and water. It is overall meant to be a modern, "homey" feel as opposed to a traditional salon. Highly recommend!

Then two weeks later I call you guys and tell you I might be 10 to 15 minutes late due to a car crash on the highway and you immediately told me to reschedule. You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. I am honestly appalled by the way I was treated today. I received a call saying I had missed my…read moreappointment, even though I had tried multiple times through both text messages and phone calls to cancel it beforehand. The very first thing said to me when I answered was, "You missed your appointment," in an incredibly rude and condescending tone. I wasn't even given the opportunity to explain the situation before being interrupted and argued with. What makes this even more frustrating is that if the receptionist had simply been kind and professionally explained the cancellation policy, or stated that they had not received any indication that I was canceling, I would have completely understood and comfortably obliged. I am not someone who argues policies -- I understand that when you sign up for something, you agree to those terms. However, it was the rude, disgusting, "mean girl" tone from the very beginning that completely set the narrative for the entire conversation. The behavior and attitude I experienced were unbelievably unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile toward someone who was once a prospective client.
