You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. Very unprofessional they do not communicate well with their clients. I'd recommend a more established place that cares more about their customers and clients. From the moment I walked in, the stylist was not very friendly or welcoming. There was very little conversation, and I didn't feel like there was much effort to understand what I wanted. I brought in a photo for reference and explained that I was looking for more shape and a few additional layers. I was not planning to take much length off at all. The entire haircut took less than 10 minutes, which immediately felt strange to me. As she was cutting, it felt like she was just chopping into my hair as fast as possible. I was shocked by how quickly it was over. My hair was thinned out way more than I wanted, and now that I've had a chance to really look at it, there are uneven pieces throughout. The worst part is that there is a large section on the side of my head that is about 1.5 inches shorter than the rest of my hair. It's very noticeable and looks like a chunk was taken out for no reason. When I got out of the chair, I was honestly in shock. I've never had someone cut my hair so quickly or so aggressively. I mentioned that it felt like I had lost a lot of hair, but at that point I hadn't really processed what had happened. Once I got home and looked at it more closely, I realized just how bad it was. Hair grows back, but this experience was incredibly disappointing.

I received a call saying I had missed my…read moreappointment, even though I had tried multiple times through both text messages and phone calls to cancel it beforehand. The very first thing said to me when I answered was, "You missed your appointment," in an incredibly rude and condescending tone. I wasn't even given the opportunity to explain the situation before being interrupted and argued with. What makes this even more frustrating is that if the receptionist had simply been kind and professionally explained the cancellation policy, or stated that they had not received any indication that I was canceling, I would have completely understood and comfortably obliged. I am not someone who argues policies -- I understand that when you sign up for something, you agree to those terms. However, it was the rude, disgusting, "mean girl" tone from the very beginning that completely set the narrative for the entire conversation. The behavior and attitude I experienced were unbelievably unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile toward someone who was once a prospective client. I will also be attaching screenshots showing my attempts to cancel the appointment through text, along with the multiple phone calls I made beforehand. Then I was given Becca's name from a friends and told I should go see her for a massage. I have now seen her three times and have very little discomfort if any.
