Excellent facility people were nice job well done on the haircut. Prices were fair and reasonable for today's prices.

I am a 77-year-old disabled veteran, and I have been going here for a couple of years. On my last visit on a Saturday I hit the no tip button by mistake as I was leaving and I told the woman that was wrong because I wanted to give her a tip, she said we could start over and the screen went blank and then the amount of $25.00 came up on the screen and I gave her a $5.00 tip. I tapped my card on the screen, and she gave me a receipt and I left. When I got home i looked at the receipt and saw that the original haircut at $25.00 didn't erase and I was charged $55,00 dollars, $25 for a haircut and it said I had left a $30.00 dollar tip. I had a doctor's appointment for Monday and Tuesday, so I didn't go back for 3 days. When i returned to get a refund, I was told because my receipt said I had left a $30.00 tip they would not give me my money back even though it was their screw up, so watch what they charge you when you go there and you won't be seeing me there ever again read more

Then I gave quick bad instructions cause I can never remember what the numbers are for length. And then we talked about life. And it was great. Hair cut came out perfect. this is hands down the best barbershop I've been to. I always went to chains before I moved, and now I'll never go back. Walking in, greeted by a game on the TV, and an offer of a free beer of my choice while I wait, to sit in the chair, and be done with a simple cut in no more than 15 minutes. The quality of the cut is there, the atmosphere is there, the service is there, the hot neck shave Is there, and the beer is there. Its really a simple decision. Called in advance to schedule a haircut and was able to get haircut on same day within the hour of the call. Fast and easy clean up all around. The ladies were in high spirits while cutting hair. They offer beer, wine, juice and soda and the sports channel was on. Huge bonus, they do kids' haircuts as well. Very family-oriented. I didn't even catch her name but she cut my teenage sons hair and it was the worst experience. He didn't know what to call the style and she kept getting very impatient and when we asked her to cut a little more off the side she literally said this "I've just cut 2 hairstyles I'm not going to keep cutting more and more I'll be here all day". He was barely in her chair 10 minutes. There was no one waiting either, should've been my first clue. I'm always about supporting local. If I wanted a Supercuts experience I would've just gone there. Meh. Everyone's always nice and the owner has done great cuts when we get her, but the others are generally hit and miss -- which sucks considering the price. I took both of my kids, 4 and 1.5 (his first real haircut). My 4yr olds cut was okay (I had to take weight out of the top and adjust the front) but my 1.5yr olds was a joke. I'm tired of barbers rushing. It shouldn't be quantity over quality and repeatedly asking me what I'm thinking throughout the hurried process isn't the way to go about a good cut, either. I made a couple remarks and they were addressed but the back was still uneven and a tuft of hair was left (which oddly seemed intentional but only resulted in an unkempt look because he's 1.5 and not styling his hair), while the front was cut pretty short. I realize kids cuts can often be difficult because they move a lot but my son was super mellow. Even the barber commented on how calm he was. Anyway, my point is this: If I wanted to cut my son's hair, I wouldn't have paid to have it started by someone else. This feels harsh but I'm truly just being honest. Stop rushing. 15min for a haircut is ridiculous unless you're going to charge $8, in which case I'll know what to expect. I've spent $25 on an amazing cut on my older son in the past. He was 2.5 at the time and sat like a champ while she took an hour to give an incredibly thorough, precise haircut. Do I expect them to take an hour for $25? No. But the moral of the story was that she was thorough and precise. She cared. The priorities are off here. If you do good work, they will come and they will wait. It's that simple. read more

They do a great job with my kids hair, he loves going! The only downside (and reason they got 4 stars instead of 5) is because they tend to open later than 9am when they're supposed to open. Normally this wouldn't be an issue for me but when you have an impatient toddler it's frustrating. Do a great job just plan to go more around 9:30! read more

Used to be a great place. But since Robyn has gotten more business and gotten busier, she rushed through my sons hair cut, missed a bunch of hairs... and it was only us and one other family in the salon. She's a very nice woman, and has a very lovely personality, a beautiful salon that is kid friendly and you get a free beverage when you go there... but the quality of her hair cuts isn't what it used to be. Sad to say we'll be looking for a new stylist for my son and little boy. read more

Hello Handsome is the only barber shop I walk away and am happy with my haircut. It's clean and tidy in the shop and they always say hi even when they are busy, and then they offer a drink and I sign my name in. The waiting room is comfy with a TV on the side. When it's time to get my haircut Robyn is always cheerful and always has good understanding to what I want, even though I don't even know how to explain it. I was referred to this business by someone I trust, so I popped in after hearing the wait at my normal place was 45 minutes last night. I couldn't have been more pleased with the atmousphere, and haircut results. Many stylists struggle with my particular cut, but Robyn aced it without any issues at all. Husband went in for a "bald" shave (think Telly Savalas) 2.13.19. Stylist left a couple areas (behind ears and lower back of head) with stubble. For $25, was hoping for a better experience. We want to support local businesses but will pass on this one. read more
