Her appointment was at 12:00, we were running 3 minutes late (per maps ETA) so I called at 12 stating we were 3 minutes out, I was told that they would have to reschedule my appointment, not because we were running 3 minutes late but because they do not dye hair on Sundays. Mind you we live 30 minutes away and no one even thought to give us a call at any point in the week to say that. There were 5 ladies working the prior Sunday when we book and not one of them said " we don't do dye on Sundays",when we booked, and at least 3 of them were in the conversation with us talking about what she wanted done. My child was devastated! For a salon that "specializes in kid" they definitely didn't think of my child's feeling or my wasted time and gas to drive there. A simple call prior would have been an easy fix.
