I'm still traveling with work in 2021, but I reach out to Kayla to get an appointment. She's booked months in advance and I think she's prioritizing current clients. But suddenly I'm diagnosed with with breast cancer and they want to start chemo the next week! I have a million things on my mind: dying, prognosis, treatments, chemo, oh my God I'm going to loose ALL my hair, pale skin, moon face from steroids. I reach out to Kayla to see if there's any chance of getting my eyebrows touched up before chemo starts, because you can't do any PMU during chemo (or for a long while after.) Unfortunately I'm out of state again until 2 days before chemo starts but Kayla makes space for me and does an impeccable job again! I cry a little just thinking about it. However, I was still nervous because the hair down there is thicker and more concentrated, BUT Stephanie was wonderful! She walked me through every step of the process, so I could prepare myself. She also has you do a breathing exercise to help with the pain. I've gone to other people since my appointment with Stephanie, and other people don't do this. It really does make a difference with the amount of pain you feel. I recommend going to her! I would make her my go-to if I lived in Huntsville. She is seriously the best, and she will take great care of you!

I had a visit where a painful rash had developed across several areas of my body. The initial…read moremedicince prescribed alleviated pain but the rash was not getting better and a new medicine was prescribed which cleared up the rash completely. The rash seems to have originated as a reaction to a common, very popular brand of anti-perspirant. While reviewing my skin condition, Dr. Hesterman checked out a mole which seemed to be changing and performed an immediate biopsy then submitted the tissue to a lab for review. A skin cancer was detected and I have received further treatment and review to make sure no further issues developed. Dr. Hesterman and her staff have been very professional and supportive as well as effective in their efforts throughout my treatments. I am very pleased with her and her office staff.
