No customer should ever be treated this way, especially someone elderly and disabled who made every effort to arrive on time. To make matters worse, she kept my money without doing any work. A lash salon should be a place of professionalism, relaxation, and respect. What I experienced at Boss Lady Eyelashes was the exact opposite. If you value being treated with dignity and receiving fair, professional service, do not go here. There are plenty of other salons in San Antonio that understand what customer service actually means.

Unfortuanately the website did not reflect this information. My son has been with me at other salons and has remained calm in the past. I was advised the owner would allow it as long as my son remained calm. However, my son became fussy unfortunately. The other stylist that share the space were very unprofessional. They were hostile except for one stylist who was polite and spoke to me. Plus they made fun of past and reoccurring clients. Also the website did not state you have to pay for parking ($20). I left with an unfinished look, still having paid full price. Ty refused to adjust the price. Only my eyebrows, foundation and lashes were done. My lashes were done poorly and it looked like I had a lazy eye in the pictures I took later that day. The job he did felt rushed. I am aware he does amazing work and unfortunately I did not get to experience it. My nerves were bad due to the hostile environment as I kept looking at my son while Ty was blending and getting more items to do my face. Ty stated this made creases and he declined to continue and give me a natural look that I paid for. He said he would do the basics and that was it. It was also brought to my attention the other stylist were upset because I bought my son and he would hear it from them after I left. My concern is that this is all information that should be reflected on the website. I was repeatedly asked to reschedule to accommodate the other stylist because they did not want my son there which I was unable to do. I do appreciate Ty for taking care of my parking. My complaint for him is he rushed me out because he had another appointment and became short with me during the appointment when my son became agitated. I was originally scheduled for noon but he pushed back my appointment by 45 minutes as he said all of his appointments were running late but rushed me as he scheduled clients back to back.This was my first experience in getting my makeup done professionally and I was excited.
