There are a lot of electronics in these new vehicles these days, I wanted it done properly because it is a vehicle I have been doing a lot of mods to and plan on keeping for the long haul. I live almost 2 hours away down in the Ozarks but was willing to travel for quality and piece of mind. They were booked out a little while if course but what reputable place isn't, I didn't mind waiting. I dropped the car off for a few days and they replaced all the speakers, subwoofer and factory amp with JL Audio all the way around. Couldn't be happier with how clean the install was and the sound quality. You pop my hood or look inside the interior of the car you can't even tell these folks were in there other than the bass knob installed neatly in the console by my shifter. Pop the trunk and the subwoofer and amplifier are tucked neatly out of the way with room for cargo and access to the spare tire and jack. 100% worth every penny. Chris Stroud was my rep and was very smooth and informative to work with from the first phone call to my back and forth with questions and kept me updated through the entire process. Absolutely horrible the way they treat their contractors! I'd been one for years, and as a small business owner, they filled gaps in my workflow. However, like so many of these huge tech companies, they slash wages without warning WHILE CHARGING YOU THE SAME PRICES! It's almost $260 to mount a TV above a drywall fireplace, Mounting Madness charges $129. Yet because they have all the ad money, customers get ripped off by them, contractors are left to rot, and they (HelloTech) don't even do the work themselves. Small, local businesses do and some have no other options after these vultures swoop in and buy there way into our community. If you want our local economy strong - boot these California Tech giants out and call your local contractor. read more

Great. Michael was able to come out to my home a day earlier than my time. Though my computer had started working before he came, he ran some diagnostic tests and (thankfully) though he didn't find any issues he ended up having the same problem when he ran a 6th or 7th restart. He ended up taking the computer with him and returning it at the time of the original appointment. All fixed and I'm very satisfied. read more
