He has aerated, fertilized, supplied weed and grub control, resurfaced, and soil-graded our hilly front lawn by leveling it and reseeding and adding nutrients to it. He is open to customer concerns and will return to make things right, when necessary. We have used Joe Cutter's Turf and Snow for our snowplowing as well, until recently when I decided to plow my own due to the unusually warm winters occurring caused by climate change. He is thorough and takes pride in his work. He only hires dedicated workers who also take pride in treating every lawn as if it were their own. His prices are reasonable for the services he offers. You can't go wrong with Joe Cutter's Turf and Snow.

So I would recommend people to record your messages with this company and hope they come ! I read a few negative messages and they seem to have a answer for not providing service they promised ! So if you call this company record all conversation and for proof ! I am a reasonable person and don't like being ignored when promised service. I hired Brockman Tree and Lawn Care to do a lawn program. The machine they use to apply the…read morefertilizer and weed control is heavy, and I have sandy soil. They go fast on it, and it tears up the lawn where they turn. I called and asked if they could go slower, as it doesn't do that when they take more time. I finally cancelled my service as it was hit or miss if they followed the request. The last time they came, there were at least 20 spots that needed repair. I cancelled my service. They said they would come to repair the damaged spots. I initially agreed but reconsidered since it is July and all the spots would need to be watered frequently to encourage seed growth at this time of year. I told them I was all good and I would repair the grass in the fall. They ignored that request and texted me to tell me they were coming today. I texted them back to say I didn't want them to come because of the watering issue. They came anyway and put down soil and grass seed. The soil had a lot of rocks in it, so now my lawn needs to be watered, AND I had to spend over an hour cleaning up all the rocks in my yard. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this company. I hire contractors to make my life easier and save me time. They create more work for me every time they come here.

Honestly, I had high hopes. Quintin was a great person to chat with and quickly came out to give me…read morean estimate. He set my mind at ease that he could fix the rotting wood in the side of my house for a good price. And that's where the good things end. First, scheduling. We scheduled a date. Quintin did NOT show up and then when I asked where he was he said he got caught up with something else and needed to reschedule. This happened almost every day for 2 weeks. Then he finally shows up late at night, on my anniversary, so my wife and I are on our way out the door. Then he calls us while we're out on our date and says he's finished and we HAVE to pay him RIGHT NOW or he can't leave! I haven't even seen the work. But I was terrified so I sent the money. And when I got home I actually cried. The work was shoddy and clearly half assed. He used materials I had purchased and didn't pay me back for them. He didn't remove the interior drywall when he repaired the wall, he just put the new boards in and pushed everything back. So now my wall is bulging. He did not add any water tight seals to the wall under the deck, so water is just running behind the board he nailed to the wall. He also didn't do half the work I requested and paid for! I requested that he redo the deck flashing and add water tight seals under everything and he did not! He said "it turns out I didn't need to", but I didn't get a refund for the work he "didn't need to do". I would also like to mention that he left all of the materials scattered around my yard. It took me days to clean up the mess he left behind. Quintin is a cheat and a slime ball. If the price seems too good to be true, it absolutely is. He is not planning on doing the work you ask for. If you have to go to him for work, I recommend just asking your neighbor or some random guy. You'll probably get better results. Edit: I almost forgot! Because he rescheduled so many times, Quintin offered to plow my driveway once for free. Well when it came time to come out and shovel after the insane storm we had this past winter, it took 3 days! I was trapped in my house with 3 feet of snow in my driveway! And when he finally came he made me shovel my car out so he could plow what was left! And even then, he only plowed half of my driveway! I wouldn't recommend hiring him to plow your driveway either.
