Totally disappointing. Ordered our sod in November 2024. Were told it would be installed in March,…read morewell the month cane and went, no sod. Husband went to office and was told "You need to make a deposit", but in November was told no deposit was needed. Then told that sod would be installed in April, guess what no sod. Spoke directly with owner, he came by the house and verified that no sod was installed but he would call back on Monday. No call, no sod. But we did receive a bill to be paid in full on May 9. Went to the office again (8th time at office) numerous phone calls. Baldwin turf is saying the job is completed, even though the owner physically saw it had not been done. Well we are in the last week of May, still no sod, but our 2 neighbors, one who ordered at the same time as us have theirs completed and the other ordered a month ago and they are finished already. No explanation as of yet. I do not like giving them a star when that is too high.

She responded with I don't let nobody use. My phone was very rude not knowing that I was handicapped which I am. I couldn't speak when she left. I was in tears. Had to have another customer to help me, which thank God, summary, was kind enough to help. I wanna tell something to this manager. I hope you can sleep at night, knowing that you didn't help out somebody who was handicap.
