Husband went to office and was told "You need to make a deposit", but in November was told no deposit was needed. Then told that sod would be installed in April, guess what no sod. Spoke directly with owner, he came by the house and verified that no sod was installed but he would call back on Monday. No call, no sod. But we did receive a bill to be paid in full on May 9. Went to the office again (8th time at office) numerous phone calls. Baldwin turf is saying the job is completed, even though the owner physically saw it had not been done. Well we are in the last week of May, still no sod, but our 2 neighbors, one who ordered at the same time as us have theirs completed and the other ordered a month ago and they are finished already. No explanation as of yet. I do not like giving them a star when that is too high.

It took MANY unreturned calls to finally find out who our contact rep was for the project and she was slow to return calls or just texted a brief message. The project was poorly planned and mismanaged and had too many delays to even count. Communication with us and between the staff was incredibly poor.
